The store was spotlessly clean, and the staff was polite, with quick service. You can never go wrong with Einstein's. It's definitely the neighborhood spot for me. There's a good amount of seating in there, whether you're in there solo or with a small group of people. The staff is always super patient and friendly. They are consistently sweet no matter how busy they are. (I'm there often) While I've tried multiple things there, the item I always run to is the Texas Brisket Sandwich. I love breakfast and I love brisket, so the two combined makes me happy. I order it on an asiago cheese bagel with 2 eggs. It just hits the spot everytime. I don't know if I'm ready to divorce myself from ordering this, but I highly recommend it. read more

I have to assume that Einstein bros is trying to cut costs by using lowest cost ingredients or leaving out ingredients that cost more - e.g Avocado veg out had a moldy slice of tomatoe, wilted kwttuce that that my hamster would reject and no avo, turkey and eggs are slimy. I ordered my favored eggs and cheese sandwich and went to my bag to pull wallet to just realize I do not have my wallet with me. Stopped in - Yes I know, my past reviews don't paint a good picture. I was tired and needed nourishment. LOL! This time, I chose the Maple breakfast sandwich. The sweeter schmear, being offset by the mild savory sausage was ok, in terms of balance. This sandwich would be better served by using real eggs instead of prefab, though. The service was quick and efficient. It was a nice quiet afternoon with friendly customers in line. I've been waiting for this bagel for 2 months. I don't like writing so so reviews about establishments. But I have to say this was the weakest bagel sandwich I've ever eaten. The most disappointing thing is that they put two stacks of perfectly round egg whites on top of each other which made the innards slide off as soon as you took a bite. No flavor to the bacon which was paper thin. Avocado spread had a good texture but no seasoning. And the spread tasted non-existent however, it did give it a little moisture. The only flavor in my opinion came from the bagel it would have been nice if it was toasted. I ate the egg whites by itself and it was the blandest egg I've ever tasted. There's nothing wrong with a little salt people even if you're trying to be health conscious. What about pepper?? I'm not entirely sure why this place has such a low rating?! I mean it is a chain, so the food items are pretty much the same in every single chain but this particular location seems to have gathered a lot of negative reviews. I didn't really let this deter me because the reviews seemed very personal, almost like if a disgruntled employee was writing them. Anyways, while I have to agree that the restaurant was not the cleanest Einstein Bros Bagels I have ever visited, the overall service and food was up-to-par with any other location I have visited in the past. In fact, I would argue that even as busy as they were, their "Southern Hospitality" was still a notable feature of their service. Once I got back to my hotel and tasted my sandwich, it was just as I expected from any other Einstein Bros Bagel location. Good music vibes on a beautiful rainy day. Gentleman at cash register (manager?) was very patient and customer oriented to my diet needs. The place was clean,and decor was fine. My bagel with lox was delicious although I only two or three capers on my bagel. I had to request a couple of things after my order and saw that the other staff members did not seem friendly at all. I asked for pepper which was not out and the staff member seemed mad for the asking... after I returned to my seat and I real-time did not get honey and the same staff member seemed really mad when I asked for honey. The Process: Drive through. *OR* Go inside, place your order at the register, and wait until your name is called. The Good: Good Bagels. Great location next to the King and Queen building. Great staff. Also coffee refills are self service, so you can kick back and catch up on things. Free Wifi. Charging stations almost everywhere. Lots of seating indoor and outside. See my front entrance picture. The Mediocre: Coffee. Better than Panera Bread but not as good as Starbucks. The Bad: Next to King and Queen building so always super busy (see picture of long line). Some coffee flavors run out in self service. Staff tries to keep up with coffee in self service, and cleaning tables; but way too many people coming through. Drive through is always busy too. Lots of folks waiting around and once somebody mistakenly (?stole?) my order, but friendly staff promptly remade it when I showed my receipt. We love Einstein's, and were happy to find this location off Hammond behind the Perimeter Mall area. They gave us outstanding service -- and it has a drive thru window! When we order from our usual location, the bagel sandwiches are lukewarm, but here the Farmhouse Egg Sandwiches were hot and oozing that peppery cream cheese! The drive thru was speedy too -- we were back on the road in about 5 minutes. We all said we'd drive out of our way to stop at this location vs. the one closer to us. read more

Normally they are pretty good. About 4 varieties of coffee sat out. The Vanilla Hazelnut is pretty decent. They just made it... My experience was great, I went in and ordered a small caramel milkshake with no coffee but the employee accidentally pressed the wrong button. When she handed it to me and i realized it was wrong. She accidentally gave me a large chocolate shake but she still let me keep it and went to make mine. She went in the back and came out and told me she ran out of the no coffee base so she let me keep the large chocolate shake for free and it was better than i expected. I'm a Jersey girl, & let me explain something--Jersey is well known for their bagels! With that being said, this review may or may not be biased. Ugh I was not impressed by this place at all. First of all, the prices are outrageous for the portions that you get! And to top things off, the food is nothing to write home about! How is it possible to mess up bagels?! I ordered a toasted bagel with cheddar cheese, one egg and applewood bacon. The bacon was soggy and the cheese was no where near melted, which meant the sandwich was cold. The bagels here are also extremely small and bland which was disappointing ! On a positive note, the shmears (which we call cream cheese in the north) was very good. I tried the garlic shmear and it was bursting with flavor! Also, the freshly squeezed lemonade was outstanding!! I found this location to be clean and well organized. The workers were all very friendly and engaged in pleasant conversations with the customers. There are plenty of small tables and chairs and one large family size table which is nice for large parties. Unfortunately I cant recommend this place at all. Great service! Very friendly and fast. The dining room is closed due to Covid but there are a few tables outside for dining. I haven't been in a while but after my doctors appointment I was famished! Well chemotherapy I have to eat as much protein as possible. I saw this sandwich caught the brisket egg sandwich and it blew my mind! Unfortunately I was too hungry to take a picture of the sandwich I had but I assure you it did not look like the picture advertised with healthy portions of brisket. Although, it was delicious I am still slightly disappointed. I highly recommend you try it if you were a brisket lover like I am I think you would enjoy it. R and I came here for a late lunch. It was on a sunny and warm Saturday afternoon, and most of the tables outside were occupied. No indoor seating was allowed. All of the employees and customers wore facemasks. For no apparent reason, we had to wait for someone to come to the register so that we could order. We could see that there were at least four employees, but were they THAT busy that no one was taking orders? Btw, no customers were waiting for their food orders. So, after about 5 minutes, an employee finally came to the counter and stood behind the register and just looked at us. I took this as an invitation to order our food. I ordered a Tasty Turkey sandwich, which was an asiago bagel, spinach, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, onion, and chive schmear. I was surprised at the amount of sliced turkey that was in the sandwich. It was if one of the employees just grabbed a stack of turkey and placed it in the bagel. The sandwich was actually tasty as advertised. I think that it's the employees' responsibility to guide customers to follow social distancing in their restaurants. This was totally lacking at this Einstein Bros. A family of four (dad, mom, son and daughter) came in, totally clueless and oblivious of their lack of social distancing, although they were wearing facemasks. While I was still ordering at the register, where there was room for only one person to stand in that spot, the clueless son (high school age) brushed up against me because he wanted to see the bagels. Was that really necessary? He did that two times. R and I gave him annoyed looks, but, clueless and oblivious as they were, the son and the rest of the family didn't even notice. R and I finally got our bagel sandwiches and walked toward the double doors to leave. The clueless and oblivious family decided that the best place for them to wait for their food was just inside both of the doors, effectively blocking our exit. They were all focused on their phones. Even an "Excuse me," didn't break their concentration. R made a hand motion to them that meant "Move to the side," and they finally noticed and moved out of our way. The employees there knew what was happening because they saw everything, but not one of them said anything to that family. Parking is always available, since it looks like there are more parking spaces than seats in the indoor dining area (currently blocked off). read more
