You can never go wrong with Einstein's. It's definitely the neighborhood spot for me. I was sadly disappointed that they discontinued the chocolate chip muffin, by far, the best muffin they made. So much, that I stopped coming for about a month. The only flavor in my opinion came from the bagel it would have been nice if it was toasted. I ate the egg whites by itself and it was the blandest egg I've ever tasted. There's nothing wrong with a little salt people even if you're trying to be health conscious. What about pepper?? I mean it is a chain, so the food items are pretty much the same in every single chain but this particular location seems to have gathered a lot of negative reviews. I didn't really let this deter me because the reviews seemed very personal, almost like if a disgruntled employee was writing them. Anyways, while I have to agree that the restaurant was not the cleanest Einstein Bros Bagels I have ever visited, the overall service and food was up-to-par with any other location I have visited in the past. In fact, I would argue that even as busy as they were, their "Southern Hospitality" was still a notable feature of their service. Once I got back to my hotel and tasted my sandwich, it was just as I expected from any other Einstein Bros Bagel location. Good music vibes on a beautiful rainy day. Gentleman at cash register (manager?) was very patient and customer oriented to my diet needs. The place was clean,and decor was fine. My bagel with lox was delicious although I only two or three capers on my bagel. I had to request a couple of things after my order and saw that the other staff members did not seem friendly at all. I asked for pepper which was not out and the staff member seemed mad for the asking... after I returned to my seat and I real-time did not get honey and the same staff member seemed really mad when I asked for honey. The Process: Drive through. *OR* Go inside, place your order at the register, and wait until your name is called. The Good: Good Bagels. Great location next to the King and Queen building. Great staff. Also coffee refills are self service, so you can kick back and catch up on things. Free Wifi. Charging stations almost everywhere. Lots of seating indoor and outside. See my front entrance picture. The Mediocre: Coffee. Better than Panera Bread but not as good as Starbucks. The Bad: Next to King and Queen building so always super busy (see picture of long line). Some coffee flavors run out in self service. Staff tries to keep up with coffee in self service, and cleaning tables; but way too many people coming through. Drive through is always busy too. Lots of folks waiting around and once somebody mistakenly (?stole?) my order, but friendly staff promptly remade it when I showed my receipt. We love Einstein's, and were happy to find this location off Hammond behind the Perimeter Mall area. They gave us outstanding service -- and it has a drive thru window! When we order from our usual location, the bagel sandwiches are lukewarm, but here the Farmhouse Egg Sandwiches were hot and oozing that peppery cream cheese! The drive thru was speedy too -- we were back on the road in about 5 minutes. We all said we'd drive out of our way to stop at this location vs. the one closer to us. read more

Sitting area is a little hard and clunky, not quite as rounded and Cush as a Starbucks... but this one averages a bigger space than your typical Starbucks. Didn't have a bagel today. Normally they are pretty good. About 4 varieties of coffee sat out. The Vanilla Hazelnut is pretty decent. They just made it... I've had bad luck with Einsteins in the past having empty coffee carafe's by the time we stepped up to the plate... but not today! Thank you oh dear Coffee Brewer! I'm a Jersey girl, & let me explain something--Jersey is well known for their bagels! With that being said, this review may or may not be biased. Ugh I was not impressed by this place at all. First of all, the prices are outrageous for the portions that you get! And to top things off, the food is nothing to write home about! How is it possible to mess up bagels?! I ordered a toasted bagel with cheddar cheese, one egg and applewood bacon. The bacon was soggy and the cheese was no where near melted, which meant the sandwich was cold. The bagels here are also extremely small and bland which was disappointing ! On a positive note, the shmears (which we call cream cheese in the north) was very good. I tried the garlic shmear and it was bursting with flavor! Also, the freshly squeezed lemonade was outstanding!! I found this location to be clean and well organized. The workers were all very friendly and engaged in pleasant conversations with the customers. There are plenty of small tables and chairs and one large family size table which is nice for large parties. Unfortunately I cant recommend this place at all. Recently came to your restaurant and ordered a (2) turkey sausage and cheddar bagel with an extra turkey sausage and a hash brown for 1.89. Upon getting to the window host DT50122 told me my order was 25.97 cents. I asked why was the total so high so she said I added an extra sausage. I'm not one to argue so I simply asked for the receipt and come to find she charged me for 2 eggs on each sandwich and I never asked for that. When I called back and asked her about it she stated that it automatically comes with two but when you're at the menu it's clearly an upcharge for two eggs as opposed to one. This is a bad business practice and I would like to voice my concern to senior leadership. read more

Great service! Very friendly and fast. The dining room is closed due to Covid but there are a few tables outside for dining. I haven't been in a while but after my doctors appointment I was famished! Well chemotherapy I have to eat as much protein as possible. I saw this sandwich caught the brisket egg sandwich and it blew my mind! Unfortunately I was too hungry to take a picture of the sandwich I had but I assure you it did not look like the picture advertised with healthy portions of brisket. Although, it was delicious I am still slightly disappointed. I highly recommend you try it if you were a brisket lover like I am I think you would enjoy it.
