Yeah, I gotta say, their employees aren't particularly nice. Wandered in, not a whole lot of selection available. It was 11am on a Saturday - not sure if that's a time where they're close to sold out or not. Regardless, I wasn't looking for much, just an impulse buy to munch a frosted cookie. I was the only customer in the store at the moment, a girl walked up and asked me what I wanted, I said I wasn't sure, just wanted to look around. Tried looking at the day-old cookies (nothing I wanted), then the special (oatmeal, not really in the mood for that yet), and the employee is like "Can I HELP YOU". Holy Sh*, sorry I'm taking a while to browse. I selected a pair of frosted cookies, she threw them in a bag, then visibly grimaced at me when I paid cash and handed her $2 bills. Obviously very pissed I disturbed her from the back of the store, made her actually do some work, and - horror of horrors! - she had to remove her rubber gloves to complete a cash transaction! Sorry, next time I'll stay away and not disturb you. Cookies - not bad, not killer good. But the frosting - tastes really wierd, kind of like it's not shelf-stable and starting to ferment a little. read more

These are the best cookies around! There are usually a couple dozen in my house every week, as my wife loves them too! 9/15/2019~I ordered 3 dozen cookies decorated. No problem ordered & paid on the same day. When I ordered I asked the sales person if they could put them in individual bags. She proceeded to tell me that they could do that but to remember the frosting & ect. might melt or smear. I thought about it & just didn't say any more. The day I went to pick up the order I went ahead & said that I wanted individual bags to put the cookies in. She told me there is an extra fee for this. I said OK. Well it take an extra few minutes cause they put the store sticker on each bag. My issue here is that I had to pay extra for the bags & then they didn't even fit the cookies. They were way too SMALL. I do feel they were a bit pricey for small cookies. read more

I live out of State and wanted to send cookies to my daughter for her birthday. I called and ordered cookies and thought I'd get DoorDash to pick them up and deliver them. I downloaded the app only to find out they could not deliver, I assume because it was out of range. I had the same problem with UberEats. NoCoNosh would have delivered, but they wanted me to order cookies, I didn't see on the app how to bypass that to just have the order picked up. I called Eileen's and whined about my problem. They said they didn't deliver. Then, a few minutes later, they called me back and said an employee would deliver the cookies for me. WOW!!!!!! Talk about going above and beyond to help a customer!! The icing on the cake was, my daughter is a school teacher and she and the kids said the cookies were delicious!!!! My favorite cookies ever! Every time I'm in town visiting my family I try to stop in. This trip, I tried their fudge topped peanut butter chocolate chip cookie for the first time. The first bite I took, it tastes too sweet, but with every bite, the thick fudge and salty peanut butter just got better and better and it left me wanting more! Their molasses cookie is always a winner with me, as is their snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookie. I also tried their oatmeal cranberry white chocolate chip for the first time this trip and they did not disappoint! So soft, chewy, and buttery...everything a cookie should be! The variety is amazing and the carry two of all time favorites: Oatmeal Cookie Chip and Oatmeal Butterscotch Chip. My partner loves their iced sugar cookies. The past few times I have been there they have had EXTREMELY rude employees. The last time I went employee even dropped one of my cookies out of the bag it was in and it ruined the frosting. I rarely buy cookies while out because I make amazing cookies myself, am incredibly picky, and am usually disappointed in my purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the rich delicious cookies I got from Eileen's. I ordered a sugar cookie and peanut butter cookie. Both where delicious and the sugar cookie even had a hint of almond extract. My husband ordered a snicker doodle cookie and it was just as good as I make at home. They were also still soft which is how we like our cookies. I highly recommend them if you are a cookie lover like me or just have a craving. read more
