Reporting it on March 28, Tammy made it clear that the owner would make no effort to contact me, even though the old owners tried to help their customers out. True to her word, it's been six weeks and not a peep. My advice is to avoid the automatic wash at all costs, stick to wand wash/vacuum, and/or go elsewhere. It's unfortunate that I feel the need to boycott this business after 24 years as a faithful customer.
