The receptionist is so nice not a split racism in her eyes in her spirit I was taken four blood pressure medicines. Until I seen doctor Jessica Skinner a family nurse practitioner she cares about her patients now I'm down to 2 blood pressure pills. This doctor I recommend if you are in the Rockford Illinois area or Loves Park area make sure you go and asks for her. She takes time and listen to her patients even on her off days she stills call and check on her patients. If you are sick she will go to Extreme measures to make sure that you are 200% healthy. She loves everybody regardless of race color religion or creed or sexual orientation she loves you like a human being. The staff is wonderful. Whatever the problem is don't hesitate talk to her she will listen to you and she will find a solution to your problem. She will go to the extra mile to make sure that her work is complete. She Will write you a prescription and she wants to see you in a week to see if you help me if you missed the appointment she will get on you that someone that truly cares. Not a problem making appointments, there was a bit of a wait getting in to see them, because they were absolutely thorough with each paitent. The nursing staff, was great. No problems with call's back. This new whatever they are. Are all rude! They tell you lies to convenience themselves. The doctor has to have her 2 day's off of work a week, the nursing staff tells you that they are going to call back, and never do. And to get a refill is impossible, or information about your refill is a ridiculous thought!! People wonder why there are so many human beings in this world that self medicate?
