My wife and I have been taking turns alternating taking my dad to get evaluated. So far we have ruled out medications, Parkinson's, and a low B12 count. We are waiting on the results of a DaTScan to confirm or rule out Parkinson's, just in case. We also have a sleep study that was ordered that we are waiting to complete. The staff at this office have been kind and helpful in every interaction. They have been patient when we have been confused and have helped us get to the proper offices when my dad has needed specialized testing. The only reason for 1 missing star is that Duly is terrible with their centralized call center. I've had nothing but terrible experiences with making appointments and getting questions answered. Some people have been borderline rude, acting annoyed when I have additional questions.

I usually wind up getting into a room about 10 min late (from appt time) but I believe that is typical of any dr office. Waiting area is always clean. Dr Emily schen is my primary care physician and she is fantastic. She is always friendly and has a smile and has great memory of her patients. My whole family sees her. Her appts are straight forward, sometimes slightly rushed (what dr isn't) but she always takes the time to answer any and all questions I may have. That said, if I have a question for dr shen, she usually calls me herself to discuss, great quality in a dr!! Nurses aren't always typically friendly, but always nice. Last thing, hours are crappy, I think theyre usually close at 5. Doesn't help working people's schedules..

I got referred to Dr. Oberg (specializes in immunology and allergies and such) and he diagnosed me and within a month of his treatment, I felt normal again. For the first time in years! I was also pleased with the price. I don't have health insurance, but overall the doctor visits, tests, and a years worth of treatment cost me wayyyyy less than I would have ever imagined. The staff is also really nice and helpful. I love the lady who takes care of giving shots(forgot her name and title), she's a sweetheart and great at her job. I refer everyone--even strangers I just met who mention health issues (lol)--to Dr. Oberg. He's a life saver!!
