Ive been to Dr Haddad office a few times now and its always frustrating to go . I never look forward to it . My mom referred me here and i originally came to see if i can get my wisdom teeth taken out . They said i have just a few cavities i need to fix before i can get that done . Every time i came in i had something else added !!! And was never informed about it until the day of . The last day i came i had 2 procedures to do but i had to ask to only do one due to time . Im a single mom - work full time and i go to school . Why once i asked if i can make another app for the other procedure did the front desk roll her eyes at me ?? I dont think ive ever been disrespected from a business before . Nope never going there again . PS they have a ton of different dentist there so u might not even get Dr Haddad . Like i said been there a few times , only seen him once . Im thinking they need all the money they can get . He needs his cut and all his employees need to get paid . read more

This was the best experience I've had with a dentist in a very, very long time! I was referred to by a friend, and I am SO satisfied with everything. Dr. Haddad pulled out my 4 wisdom teeth, and he was so clean, gentle and thorough with everything. Not only is Dr. Haddad amazing, but his staff as well!! Very welcoming, and accommodating. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! I had a very negative experience with this dental office. I was referred by a friend to this office. Therefore, I specifically went there for Dr. Haddad. I have a dentist phobia (get really scared of dental work). Therefore, after doing much research, I decided to finally go get my teeth done. For my first appointment, I had regular filling. The office refused to schedule me with Dr. Haddad cus he only does more invasive procedures such as root canal fillings, extractions, and surgeries. I finally summed up the courage to do my root canal filling. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Haddad. Took the day off of work. However, the day before, the office called me to reschedule the appointment. They said something came up, and Dr. Haddad cannot do it tomorrow. I was waiting for awhile to get insurance authorization. It was so inconvenient for them to reschedule my appointment the day before. I lost a whole day pay since I had request it off, but I said "its ok to reschedule, as long as its with Dr. Haddad." Today was my next appointment, which was one week after (not just few days, a whole week). I finally go there to get it done. I find out that they had scheduled me with another doctor!!!!!! Who I dont know and never done research on. I tried to explain that I wanted Dr. Haddad since I specifically came to this office for him. They said he's busy. He came to tell me that he could assist the other doctor, but he cant do the whole procedure. I said I wanted him to do the whole procedure cus I trust him and researched him. He said he couldnt do it, and I would need to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule. The rude front desk lady (Dawn) was screaming at me. She said there are other doctors, why cant you just do it. I said, I have nothing against the other doctors, but I dont know them. I know Dr. Haddad, and I want him to do my procedure. Dawn yells at me "you should have requested him." I told her I did, but im not sure why you guys put me with another doctor. Dawn keeps screaming at me "if you dont do it now with this other doctor, we will never do it for you." Yes!!!!!! They denied me treatment simply because I was requesting Dr. Haddad to do my procedure. Dawn, kicked me out because I wouldnt let them force with an unknown dentist. Dr. Haddad is my daughter's dentist/orthodontist. She had braces put on by Dr. Haddad, it was a pleasure working with him. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our family has been going here for 15 years now. It is the best dentist around. They are so wonderful with our children and have watched them grow up and treat us all like family. Doctor Haddad and Doctor Locke are true professionals and know what they are doing, all of our dental work has been perfect. Dr. Haddad and his assistants are very good and very professional HOWEVER, Vivian is the rudest most unprofessional office manager ever!!! She overcharged me, accused me of missing payments (then apologized) forgot that she was waiting on a payment from my insurance co, accused me of being late 30 minutes and told me she only gave me a discount because she liked my coworker not me all in one visit! A good friend of mine referred my family to Dr. Haddad's office about 10 years ago. I'm so glad we made the decision to switch over to them from that huge dental office chain based here on the west coast. Since we've been going Dr. Haddad my family and I have had procedures ranging from teeth cleaning to root canals to braces and I feel that we've been treated respectfully and with caring each time. We're able to get appointments when we need them whether it be an emergency basis or something routine. Their prices are about the same as other offices and they take most insurances. We're military and have never had a problem with them taking Tricare. For larger bills, patients can be put on a payment plan if necessary. I highly recommend this office and even though we have moved further away from their great Spring Valley location, we still make the drive over there. I wouldn't want to switch to another provider even if it was across the street from my new house. read more

I went to their office a few weeks ago referred by a friend..actually dragged by my wife.. Went their Vivian who is in the front desk help us out.. We laughed all smiles and jokes everything was cool.. They took care of us.. We left we were happy .. We made appts for today which they called yesterday to confirm which I believe it was vanessa... She was real nice very professional... I told her I couldn't make it due to the fact that I got scheduled to work and I totally forgot that we had appts due to the fact I just got married and the next day we had to take my mother in law to the hospital cuz she had one foot shattered and toes amputated that day due to diabetes.. Well I just called them to let them know my wife couldn't make it... Before I could say anything Vivian snaps on me and says what kind of crap is that?? How am I supposed to fill those slots?? I'm trying to get her to hear me out and she's on and on snapping on me last thing she said was she was sending me dismissal letters for me and my wife.... She was very unprofessional total bitch... My wife can't make it due to she's at home with my mother in law whom can't walk and my wife can't carry and I'm at work... I would have been willing to pay a small fine.. Hey shit happeneds...but Vivian if u read this which I hope u do u need to get re-educated on customer service.. The way u snapped on me was very low... U can send me that letter of dismissal which trust me I am ok with that... I would never return to ur offices again... Dr.Haddad is the BEST dentist I have ever had. I've been going to him since I was a kid after my dad tried a few that were 'okay', just not amazing. Dr.Haddad has what every dentist needs, a steady and soft hand-- my dad had a root canal done and didn't feel a thing during or after because of how delicate the dentist was. I'm never scared of the numbing shots (I actually tend to ask for more because I'm a baby when it comes to pain) and he is really attentive to his patients. He constantly looks at my eyes for any signs of pain and always asks if I'm okay. He truly cares about what he does and even when I got braces as a teen, he told me the cheapest yet most effective way to save my dad money and I always get compliments on my smile! He and his staff are also comedians and I don't think this has ever been said about a dental visit but I have a ton of fun! I've had to go to a few other dentists due to location but regret it and end up making the drive here. I work with people every day and I can tell a genuine person from someone pretending to be genuine and there's no pretending about him or his staff, they make you feel like family which is key especially when dentists are usually feared:) read more

I was very upset when I left there. I had made the switch over to them recently but not before calling first to make sure my insurance was covered there. I called and talked to the front desk and I gave them all my information. The lady took a moment to look it up and say yes my insurance is accepted. I waited a week to call an make the appt So I made the appt 3 weeks in advance because that was the soonest availability an at that moment I spoke to the same lady I had the first time an she remembered me an again assured me my insurance was accepted. A couple days ahead of time they call me to confirm and again we spoke to clarify my insurance was accepted an I was able to go. She said yes I am an to be ready to fill out paperwork when I come in. So day of I arrive bright and early to my appt just to be told They don't accept my kind there. I told them I had called ahead of time a couple times an even confirmed. And the lady just told me well there are abunch of different kinds of the insurance that are of the one I have. I explained that's exactly why I called ahead of time so I wouldn't waste my time waking up early an coming down here for nothing. She then offered if I wanted to pay instead for something I could get free with my insurance. I had even heard her under her breath tell the other girl it was her fault. But then turn to me to make me look dumb for coming in with the wrong insurance... So in conclusion of this I would say they weren't mean. But they don't have their information straight. And apparently they lied to me about looking an confirming My insurance. If u are switching to them go in personally to speak to them before switching over... Get everything you need clarified before waiting 3 weeks for an appt that might not happen... As for the dentist himself I never made it that far so I couldn't tell you. read more

My grandson recently had an appointment. The dental assistant that cleaned his teeth was fantastic. Dentist was ok. However, Vivian the front desk lady, who is the first and last person was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She wouldn't schedule next appointment until asking people if my grandson was well behaved and compliant. First person said yes, he was good. Second person said yes he was great. I felt bad for him when she asked in front of him. There was a problem with appointment time, which I had the card that Vivian herself wrote his appointment on, and after trying to figure out and discuss what the problem was she ran to the back while the other girl was going to see when he could get him back, Vivian came back and said we were dismissed. She cancelled our appointment and this 6 year old was left with much needed dental work and pain. I worked in healthcare myself and any time there was a problem or an upset patient it was my job to calm them down with compassion and understanding and do all I could to help. Vivian was the most unprofessional front desk person I have come across. I also believe because he is a med-i-cal patient he was discriminated against. If you don't do well with these types of people, I would suggest don't go here. If you feel your child is treated badly you fight for them. read more

I have been a patient at Dr. Haddad's office for about 7 years and had him replace all my mercury fillings over the course of a few years. He and his technicians are very kind and have very gentle touches. I don't even feel it when getting my numbing injections. Dr. Haddad is amazing, cool, and Professional, but the only problem is his stuff member ( Vivian ) she is the only one that Ruin every visit . She is rude with any one who has medical. When it comes to making appointment her first question is ( do u have medical ) and if yes she gives u the time that is good for her. In my case making appointment for my kids was a disaster. She said I can't give you an afterschool appointment we save these apps for the private insurance. My kids had more than 20 appointments with Dr. haddad. Every appointment we had, we fight to get it in the time that fits us. One of them we request the appointment from the doctor. I read a lot of negative reviews everywhere about her stories in this office, but I said why would a receptionist effect my visit. I was wrong. I hope dr. Haddad pay more attention to ( Vivian ) .
