Absolutely disgusting! The restaurant is filthy, service is terrible and the food, my god the food was the worst part. Eggs were undercooked and cold. The sausage was probably cooked the day before and the hash browns were swimming in oil. We went in with low expectations, congratulations to the staff and owners you far exceeded them. read more

Great service and they have complimentary WiFi! I was definitely recommend this place to work and eat a great breakfast The Apple and Brie omelette with the side of breakfast potatoes was great. The coffee was strong and just wanted I needed in the morning. read more

Can I give six stars? Breakfast was that good. I had the Skirt Steak & Eggs. For starters, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection. I'd go back and order the steak if I was going out to an expensive steak dinner. Well worth the price. My wife had the Roasted Veggie Skillet, which I took some bites from. She is a breakfast person. She said she would get excited about coming back. That is the ultimate compliment from her. More importantly, the coffee was awesome. Great service as well. We will be back soon. #dukeofeats read more

Service was great, Denver omelette was so/so (the veggies seems stale or had picked up the taste of other stuff). The Walnut raisin toast was excellent as was the fresh tropical fruit. They received 3 stars because of a dirty glass and really dirty flatware. The fork had black gooey stuff that had also imprinted the napkin. read more

Eggstasy - Counter area - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Scottsdale, Arizona

Wow wow wow!!! This place was amazing! My husband and I have been visiting from Charlotte. We had two more days left until we headed back home. My girlfriend wanted to treat us to breakfast before we left. So we had a double date! Her boyfriend suggested this place. I'm a HUGE breakfast fan and good breakfast food is hard to come by in Charlotte. In Scottsdale, it's pretty easy lol. My husband and I got here early, and most places in Charlotte make you wait to be seated until your whole party is there. But that didn't matter. We were seated and told the rest of our party could join us once they arrived! That was a bonus. Loved that! We took a LONG time to order. The menu is big and there is a lot to choose from. Our waiter was super friendly and was very patient. He was great! I'm sad that I don't remember his name. When I do, I'll add it to this review. We ordered so much! We had 3 appetizers, and we each ordered a meal! So much food to share. We loved it all! There is too much to label so I'm just going to share the pictures. The food came out quickly. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. Our server kept an eye out on our drinks and we never were left on empty. The food was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend that everyone come and try this place. When we come back to visit, this restaurant is the top on my list!! read more

This place is still just as wonderful as ever! Thanks for another delicious meal, courteous and prompt staff, and great ambiance. My husband had the Greek skillet on our most recent visit and I enjoyed my go-to avocado benedict. Both were scrumptious and we left nothing behind. read more

DELICIOUS!!! So this place was delicious but it definitely had some cons to it. I ordered the chilaquiles and instead of chicken I subbed for chorizo. It was amazing!! The flavor of the sauce they used was perfect and not spicy. The problem was there was an up charge for chorizo instead of chicken, which chicken costs more so that was weird. The orange juice is literally a MUST and to die forrrrr. It was so good and freshly squeezed. I also ordered a side of brioche French toast wbu h was HUGE and I could barley eat one bite but it was very good. Cons: the hostess wasn't friendly and at when we got there or leaving. She honestly looked like she didn't even want to be there. The service was super slow and just okay and we had to flag down our waitress for refills. It also wasn't very busy. My little brother ordered an omelette with no onions and when it came there were onions. So the waitress asked "does it need to be remade or can he eat it?" Umm no we asked for no onions in the first place so obviously remake it. This took some time and we were already almost done eating. It's also kind of pricy. This is 40 min away from my side of town and we drove here to try it so idk if I'll ever make my way back but if I'm in the area I will for sure eat again. read more

I like how bright this location is. It's a nice spot for waking up and having breakfast. Why 3 stars? I wish they had healthier items on the menu. The yogurt parfait is Greek yogurt and is served with a side of bread. This doesn't speak to someone looking for a healthier, lighter alternative. Can't one thing on the menu be less calories? read more

Trash restaurant. Trash management. Horrible service. Food is below mediocre. Do not waste your time. Staff is rude. If you come here, expect your order to constantly be wrong, the food to be mediocre and greasy, and the staff to be unapologetic. The general manager is a piece of work and should be working in another industry. read more

While we enjoyed the food, the thing I really, really wish this place would have offered is better misters (they were hardly working at all) and fans on the patio. It's a nice patio and with spreading the variant virus still a concern, outdoor dining is the healthiest option. Why not make it more pleasant for customers? I don't think I will be back very soon until things cool down both temperature wise and virus wise. read more

We wanted to support a local business so decided to go to Eggstacy for the first time. We were seated right next to the kitchen, and witnessed first hand cooks, managers and servers walking around without masks on at all, or having their masks below their noses and/or mouths. We watched a server come out of the kitchen with no mask, walk across the restaurant still with no mask, walking past several tables of patrons. the fact that we were seated directly next to the kitchen and could see all of this first hand while we were eating made our stomachs churn. On top of that, the truffle brioche breakfast item was not good, and was actually close to being inedible. Our server never came to check how our food was, only to drop off the check at the end. Will not return, and will tell anyone who will listen about the blatant disregard and the inappropriate measures NOT being taken. read more

Honestly, what is wrong with you people? On top of that, the truffle brioche breakfast item was not good, and was actually close to being inedible. I dislike paying 13$ for a crepe/french toast or pancakes for "specialty" flavors, then having to pay for eggs and such as an addition but I guess that's the expectation now. (Maybe flour and bread is that expensive (?). ) I'm sure breakfast is done perfectly here our lunch items were done perfectly. Expect breakfast to be around 20$ per person. (Drink/coffee and tip included in that 20$.) Five stars are for the chicken avocado sandwich, cheese burger, fries and sweet potato fries. Yes they are that good. We will come back just for those items. Plus the price is spot on for what you get. The burger is grass fed beef. I like little details like that. LaVazza is the coffee they serve. Yum! It is my favorite coffee. You can taste the roasted flavor. We will come just to have coffee here on days we are over fed and need caffeine. read more

If I could give this place a 10, I so would! I loved this place so much. The name is spot on. You will be taken to "egg-stasy". I wanted to order so much food because they all sounded so good, I wanted to try them all. But I was just visiting from Minneapolis and it was my last day in town before catching a flight back home. I ordered the smoked salmon bagel dish...with extra cream cheese and capers. OMG, so yums! I definitely will be coming back the next time I am in Arizona! read more

Been hit and miss here. The breakfast food is quite good - well prepared and presented, tasty, good portions. Service a bit spotty. The regular waitresses have been good, but the "managers" who wait tables need attitude adjustment. Not terribly attentive, quite lackadaisical. Ambiance is ok, nothing great, but it is bright in there so that's a plus. read more

We have been to different Eggstacy restaurants. Today, we were a bit disappointed in this location. While we are very happy that they're cleaning and sanitizing tables, for them to be doing that while you are eating breakfast is not exactly appetizing. There was a strong smell of disinfectant cleaner, something like Simple Green, and they were wiping down the tables right next to us as we ate. Also, this is a loud restaurant, and our server had a very loud voice, which was a bit unnerving. We will go back to Eggstacy, but not this one. The food is good at all locations. read more

I came her with my dad for a wonderful breakfast, our server was Spencer, he was very attentive and helpful. He had great recommendations for the menu that we ended up trying out and loving. I don't recommend if you need to eat gf diet. I ordered a gf lemon pancake, it came out after my family was done eating. The food was so good I couldn't stop eating after o got full yesterday. I saw this restaurant on my way to hike, I actually so a few other breakfast restaurant within a half miles radius. I chose to stop by here for its name after three hours of hiking. When I walked in, I stepped back a little as it was nothing what I expected. I thought I came to have breakfast but inside it looks like as if you are in an island somewhere in Caribbean. The use of orange, light green and yellow color as well as a huge open bar area made me think I just stepped inside a bar or restaurant in tropical island. When we arrived around noon, the wait we were told was 20-30 mins but they were able to seat us in 10 mins. Server greeted us right away with cucumber water, just what I needed to quench slightly dehydrate body after a long hike. I liked the freshly squeezed juice selection. Not just orange juice, but grapefruit, strawberry with pomegranate... Full order of pancakes comes with four large fluffy packages. The server suggested to split to two plates for us. I had no ideas how big the pancakes plate was going to be. I am glad she explained otherwise I would have been taking leftover home and it doesn't taste as good. Pancakes were very fluffy and generous portion of fresh fruits complimented the dish very nicely. Flat bread salmon plate was also big but tasted so good. They proudly serve Lavazza coffee (my second favorite Italian coffee) and they kept coming back to refill my cup. I don't think my cup went down more than a half as a coffee person and our server kept coming back for more coffee. They take reservations for a group of 8 or more. Their food and service was so good, I wanted to make reservation for Mother's Day. They suggested I call ahead to leave my name when I am ready to leave my house as they expect wait is going to be close to one hour on Mother's Day during peak hour. They were busy but I never felt being rushed. We enjoyed leisurely breakfast on weekend and had a very relaxing time with great food and service. Can't wait to come back again. read more

Bacon smothered in chocolate does not typically pair with a Bloody Mary but the fact that Eggstasy just "goes for it" is an admirable feat. Sweet and salty mixed goodness is a true and tried recipe that seldom fails. Even without the Bloody Mary, I would just order the chocolate covered bacon on its own. I've been here a few times, and the first time, our group was give pumpkin pancake with cream cheese type icing for free to sample. It was very dessert like and pleasant! The corned beef hash is pretty good to order when hungry. I thought the crispy pancetta Benedict was a bit more memorable. Then again, I'm partial to the richness of Hollandaise sauce. If you come here on a Friday morning close to when they open, then service is amazing. The waitress even told me to take a breath of fresh air instead of looking at my phone and focusing on taking foodie pics and actually enjoy the food. She was so hilarious and on top of everything. Coming here on Sunday's especially around "11am-noonish," good luck. There's usually a list to wait for a table and service will be hit or miss because there's just too many d@#n people to wait on. I'm not blaming the staff, it's actually really good that they're that busy but I can tell there's a little more stress around. Food remains un-compromised and just as tasty. read more

We have enjoyed trying breakfast places around town since moving here this spring. This is one of the best, definitely top 2 or 3. The choices were almost too numerous, the food was fresh, tasty, generous. The service was fast and people pleasant. The floor staff (hostess, waiters, etc) were all wearing masks, and practicing safe precautions. We were close to the kitchen, and we were shocked that no one, no one, in the back were wearing masks. I realize it can get hot, I've worked in the restaurant industry, but even those working the line weren't wearing any protection. I would think those working over the food should be as careful as those serving. Shocked. Definitely not as safe as other places around town. Not sure if/when we will return. read more

Cons - The restaurant smelled strongly like cleaning chemicals. My kid ordered chocolate chip pancakes. Super dissatisfying to pay $15 for a stack of pancakes that comes with no sides at all. She said they had no flavor and didn't end up eating them. I mentioned it, but it was not taken off the bill. I got chicken and waffles. Waffle didn't have much flavor but I did like it. The chicken was good. I did not like the gravy that came with it. Texture was too thin and flavor not good. I liked my meal enough, but flavor wise very basic and plain. Would not order again. Pros - Iced caramel macchiato was good. Server was super attentive, energetic, and friendly. Another server also checked on our table as she was walking by. I appreciated that she noticed I needed something. Food also came out fast. I'd say that I would not recommend this place but the service was good and there's so many menu options that I didn't try. So I'll recommend it to try at least once. Just make sure you order something that you'll get your money's worth. read more

I wanted to try and new place i had never been before. So far i liked the atmosphere, it's spacious and has a patio. My bf and i ordered our breakfast at the bar outside and a couple sat next to us about 10 minutes later. We ordered, they ordered. They got their food first and we waited for ours about 5-10 minutes after theirs. We got our food finally and i got the barbacoa omelette with hash browns. The food was just ok... I've definitely had better. The flavors were kind of boring and i feel like i could have made a better one myself at home. The presentation of the food looked better then it's taste. I will however give this place another shot... i believe in second chances. I may just order something sweet like the French toast or something. It looks like that's what they are known for is the sweet stuff. read more

Omg!! This spot is amazing! Very quaint and nice atmosphere. Our service was great. PLAN TO SHARE! The portions are huge!! I thought the pricing was decent, but after seeing the size of the plates it felt like a really great deal. We wanted something sweet and savory so we ordered the brioche croque madame and the boozy cinnamon crunch toast pancakes. Both were decedent and delicious! It was waaay too much food though, but no regrets. Oh and for drinks I tried the boozy salted caramel iced coffee. It was yummy but way too sweet for me. I ended up ordering a regular iced coffee and mixing them, then it was perfect for me. So if you're a sweet tooth it'll be the drink for you. We were only visiting the area, but on our next trip back we've already decided to that we have to come back. read more
