We've been here doses of times since they opened. The pancakes I got today were just delicious. I got them with pecans on them and they had such a wonderful flavor. They were fluffy too! My husband had the scrambled eggs and the grits and the eggs were wonderful and the grits were lumpy, but the manager fixed it and the second bowl was really good! One of the things that we really liked from the very beginning here were the grits because there's so much like southern grits should be. (thanks to a southern grandmother that we had.) anyway everything was lovely and of course the people here are just so nice and kind. read more

WELL... I have been looking for an excellent place for breakfast in Hachie for a while with mediocre results but THIS is it!! My family was familiar with the Midlothian location and a friend and I go to the Mansfield location monthly, so I took my family of four (all adults) for our anniversary breakfast and I have to say it was fantastic! It is a hard task to get anything beyond "it was good" out of me for any place, but Eggsquisite was just lovely. The restaurant decor itself is very tasteful in white with wood accents, a calm atmosphere, high ceilings and plenty of booth and table seating. The menu is deep, with an excellent selection of breakfast items for every taste and a second side of lunch selections. Everyone at the table was equally impressed with their selections: a starter of beignets were delicious with dips, the avocado toast with basted eggs and fruit cup were "the best I've ever had" I was told. S'mores french toast was equally impressive and delicious as was the Ranch Chicken Melt. My dish was chicken fried chicken with scrambled eggs, hash browns and pancakes. For the first time in FOREVER I got a piece of chicken that was FLAVORFUL. Chicken is usually my go to at new restaurants because if you can do that right, everything else should be great. Hash browns and pancakes also spot on.I can't wait to go back!! BEST of the visit, our waitress Lizeth, who was superb, delivering our perfect orders (several of which had special requests) and checking frequently on our needs just when we needed something! We even had a chance to chat with the owner as he circulated the restaurant checking on guest experiences. First time here and it didn't disappoint. The omelet was light and stuffed perfectly. Pancakes were a fluffy dream. The traditional was great - crispy bacon, eggs over hard, and the shredded hash browns were delicious. Very clean, bright, airy atmosphere. This is their third day open at this location. The traditional breakfast was great. It was actually more than I could eat. We are already planning on going for lunch soon. I really appreciate that they have gluten free options. I don't mind paying the $2 extra when it is the biggest part of the meal, like regular pancakes, but I did think it was a bit much for the way smaller size side. But they were very good. read more

I met a friend for breakfast today at the newly opened Eggsquisite Cafe. I took advantage of the Waitlist, and the table was ready upon arrival. The staff was very attentive! Multiple offers of refills and no push to eat and leave. The food was also very good. I had the Eggsquisite skillet breakfast with pancakes. The skillet was quite good and my over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. That's a bit unusual. I'm not overly fond of pancakes but always try them at new places to see if I could enjoy them. I ordered the crab cake Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly however the crab cake was only browned on one side and was full of filler instead of fresh crab. There was naan bread but there was a hidden salad with lettuce and tomato underneath. Totally useless it would have been better if it was on the side. The O'Brien potatoes were ok crispy with some cilantro thrown in. I like this place but I just did not like the meal I ordered. I'll be back in search of a better breakfast.
