Great breakfast, brunch and lunch menu. The food is eggscellant. The service is phenomenal and the owners are such nice people. We go at least once a week. Haven't had a bad meal ever. The place always looks busy but they get you seated pretty quick. Highly recommend!! read more

Waitstaff knew their menu and provided thorough, friendly service. Ambiance was buzzing with conversation. Restaurant was bright and clean and welcoming. Management was professional and friendly. Menu was extensive enough to include many old favorites but not overwhelming. Most importantly, the food was excellent!! I can't wait to go back and try some of the other gems their kitchen offers!! (It was a tough call between crepes and corned beef hash for me...although the migas were tempting too! ) read more

Ambiance was nice. Not loud. Not sure how long this one has been open but seemed like more people on the floor and in all positions than would be needed. The combo and the biscuits and gravy with hash brown was ordered. The combo had scrambled eggs which came out like they were cooked three times over. Sent them back and the next bunch was cooked two times over. Very disappointing. The sausage patties were extremely peppery and also well over cooked. The french toast was average. The biscuits and gravy were nothing to wake your grandma from the grave up for. The hash browns were excellent. The coffee was good. All this for $47 with tip. Not worth it at all. read more

Eggsquisite Cafe - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Waxahachie, Texas

We were there yesterday. My daughter and I are celiac and they have gluten friendly on the menu. We normally go during the week and a very kind female manager is there and we order the gf pancakes with no issues. Yesterday a male manager came Out and was very rude about our allergy. Informed us he wouldn't be accommodating us. Fine. We said we could go somewhere else (after 45 min wait to be seated). He said the eggs, breakfast meats and grits would be safe - no pancakes. Fine - No worries. Fast forward my daughter and are both sick. Don't offer gluten friendly items if you have no Clue how to prepare them or no safe space to Prepare them. We get very sick and informed them of that ahead of time. The female manager is very kind and caring but the male could care less. Won't be back. read more

The food was delicious, well mine was. I had the combo with lemon berry and syrup. The pancakes were fluffy and held the syrup and the eggs. The lemon curd was delicious and not overwhelming. My husband ate the meat skillet with gravy. If the gravy wasn't on it it was pretty bland tasting. It was very crowded and the seats at the tables we're extremely uncomfortable. If you don't have an extra slim body your hips hit the metal sides of the chair. I guess they did that so people wouldn't sit there too long. The music was ridiculous. There was nothing you could hear except a very heavy beat that was annoying. Other than that it was good. read more

Too loud, the waitress cannot hear you so you must repeat yourself. Does not offer unsweet non-dairy creamer. You must purchase the oat/almond milk for your 2nd cup of coffee. read more

Food and service were both EGGScellent!!See what I did there?? Although there was a wait, it was shorter than anticipated, so that was an added bonus! read more

Food and service is always good. One of our favorite breakfast places. Even my picky son loves it.

The food was outstanding! You have to try the different omelets. The portions are HUGE. Service was great. read more

We stopped by for breakfast and had a mixed experience. My husband ordered the chicken fried chicken, and it was absolutely delicious--crispy, flavorful, and cooked just right. He also ordered orange juice which was freshly squeezed very good! I ordered the chicken fried steak, which unfortunately was on the dry side and lacked seasoning. The vanilla latte I ordered was great! The French toast was okay, nothing too special, but the pancakes were surprisingly good--light and fluffy. Service was friendly and the atmosphere lacked some music. With a little more consistency in the food, this place could be a real standout. Definitely expect to spend more here $$. We'll probably give it another try in the future. read more

Our first visit to the Waxahachie, Texas Eggsquisite Cafe. Food, service and ambiance... All deserve five stars!!! We've been twice and from the hostess to all the servers and the owners who come out to check on you to make sure everything is perfect or they will make it perfect, but it is perfect the very first time! Service is impeccable read more

We've been here doses of times since they opened. The pancakes I got today were just delicious. I got them with pecans on them and they had such a wonderful flavor. They were fluffy too! My husband had the scrambled eggs and the grits and the eggs were wonderful and the grits were lumpy, but the manager fixed it and the second bowl was really good! One of the things that we really liked from the very beginning here were the grits because there's so much like southern grits should be. (thanks to a southern grandmother that we had.) anyway everything was lovely and of course the people here are just so nice and kind. read more

This place is always a great experience. Even on Valentine's Day when they were absolutely slammed, they moved through the waitlist efficiently and were so hospitable. WELL... I have been looking for an excellent place for breakfast in Hachie for a while with mediocre results but THIS is it!! My family was familiar with the Midlothian location and a friend and I go to the Mansfield location monthly, so I took my family of four (all adults) for our anniversary breakfast and I have to say it was fantastic! It is a hard task to get anything beyond "it was good" out of me for any place, but Eggsquisite was just lovely. The restaurant decor itself is very tasteful in white with wood accents, a calm atmosphere, high ceilings and plenty of booth and table seating. The menu is deep, with an excellent selection of breakfast items for every taste and a second side of lunch selections. Everyone at the table was equally impressed with their selections: a starter of beignets were delicious with dips, the avocado toast with basted eggs and fruit cup were "the best I've ever had" I was told. S'mores french toast was equally impressive and delicious as was the Ranch Chicken Melt. My dish was chicken fried chicken with scrambled eggs, hash browns and pancakes. For the first time in FOREVER I got a piece of chicken that was FLAVORFUL. Chicken is usually my go to at new restaurants because if you can do that right, everything else should be great. Hash browns and pancakes also spot on.I can't wait to go back!! BEST of the visit, our waitress Lizeth, who was superb, delivering our perfect orders (several of which had special requests) and checking frequently on our needs just when we needed something! We even had a chance to chat with the owner as he circulated the restaurant checking on guest experiences. This is a GREAT place, and I hope it is around with this quality for years to come! read more

First time here and it didn't disappoint. The omelet was light and stuffed perfectly. Pancakes were a fluffy dream. The traditional was great - crispy bacon, eggs over hard, and the shredded hash browns were delicious. Very clean, bright, airy atmosphere. Food was great. The service was the best. The ambiance was wonderful . Would recommend this place to everyone.

This is their third day open at this location. The traditional breakfast was great. It was actually more than I could eat. We are already planning on going for lunch soon. I really appreciate that they have gluten free options. I don't mind paying the $2 extra when it is the biggest part of the meal, like regular pancakes, but I did think it was a bit much for the way smaller size side. But they were very good. read more
