This place is awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone! But the only problem is, the prices. First of all, my Banana Nutella Crepes were 13.00! And my sister Cinnamon Roll Pancakes were also 13.00! The order was 51.00! And that's just 3 people, ( including my mom ) I just can't believe how pricy a breakfast restaurant can be! Also, Eggsperts, please lower down your prices, it can get expensive especially if a family can't afford it. Friendly service, everywhere else has 45 minute waits and are larger restaurants. It wasn't what I expected pulling up to a strip mall. Was really impressed with the pancakes and portions. Pancakes and portions are how I judge breakfast spots. Something different about the batter they use, it was delicious. And they give you two big pancakes not one. Orland has lots of breakfast spots but they don't have a zaatar pizza. I googled it and turned out to be a superfood. Kid friendly with crayons and coloring paper to calm the 3-5 year olds was nice. Had an amazing breakfast at Eggsperts. Met a friend on Saturday around late morning/early afternoon. The place was pretty full and stayed that way. Companion and I shared the breakfast nachos, which were delicious and a good portion for sharing. Eggs were a little more done than I like them, but didn't affect the yumminess. We then ordered main plates. Friend had the chicken and waffles, and I ordered banana pecan pancakes. She seemed ok with her choice. I ended up getting served a different pancake dish, which turned out to be the taffy apple pancakes. While it wasn't what I ordered, they were heavenly. I would have expected them to be too sweet, but surprisingly, they were not. Eggsperts pancakes are some of the most delicious I've had. Not sure what the secret is, but yum! Breakfast spots have to have good coffee. You can't have amazing food without the accompaniment of a good cup of Joe. I enjoyed my brewed coffee. My friend, however, had a lavender latte and said it was ok. Oddly, instead of lavender petals in the coffee, they put rose petals, so it likely threw off the taste. All in all, I found the place to be worth another visit. Service was good, not great. Had a bit of an issue with being overcharged. But it was corrected. In town for the holiday and we wanted to try something different for breakfast so, we looked on yelp to find something new. We found Eggsperts in Orland Park, IL and it was good! We had the banana pecan pancakes, steak & egg rolls and a side of bacon. The appetizer was the Steak N Egg Rolls and it was off the chain, off the chart, amazing or whatever phrase you want to use! I almost forgot to tell you about the garlic cilantro aioli that comes with the steak and egg rolls! Listen, I need to put this on everything and this was the perfect complement to a nice, flaky steak egg roll! The omelette is made with 5 eggs so, it's enough to share. I ordered an omelette with spinach, onions and cheese. The omelette was hot, fluffy and full of flavor! The reason I gave them a 4 versus a 5 was the bacon and sausage was over cooked but, they made it right. If you are okay eating pork go with the ham versus the bacon or sausage. Okay, so this place is a hidden gem. I came in today randomly for lunch and I was surprised with how good the food was. I tried the 1/2 Angus Chesseburger - that came with fries &, everything about it was on point! The fries were seasoned well, the burger had a nice bun with fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, lettuce etc. Before the burger came I tried their soup of the day which was the Broccoli cheddar that was seasoned really good as well. I ordered white toast with my eggs, I got brioche bread which I'm not a fan of. It's just heavy. The bacon was good. The eggs were mixed with too much milk and it made them dense, not fluffy at all. Saturday super packed nothing new 35 minute wait no problem. Ordered chicken skillet no beans no tomatoes no corn. Ordered another chicken skillet without jalapeños was added.
