It's 2025--how does a place like this still employ someone who thinks their job description includes insulting paying guests over nationality? The Mansion on High Street should be embarrassed to have staff like this. Until they take accountability and ensure their employees reflect basic decency and professionalism, I strongly recommend anyone--local or traveler--take their money elsewhere.
