I would call it a cheeseburger empanada because that's what it was. The size was good and the gorgonzola cheese was very noticeable. The burger patty itself could of used a little more seasoning and the onions were grilled nicely. I didn't taste any bacon and I'm not sure if there was bacon on it. The burger was served in a paper boat with foil. I would have preferred a to go box. This was a different switch up from a traditional burger.
