5 stars for the rabbri falooda. Unique and delicious with real rabbri. A few years ago I came in for the opening and the store has a weird smell and it still has it now. I am desi and I don't mean the curry or methi smell. It does irk me but oh well. I also stopped by for their paan and it was fine, freshly made.

Decided to try this spot by me through Ubereats , they have BOGO FREE on their Chicken Masala Sandwich . Definitely worth the money . I had it for Pickup , but decided to stay and eat there and grab a cold Kingfisher. Staff was nice enough to make it to stay even though I ordered on UberEats for pick . Service - 10/10 Ambiance - Very Nice and Super Clean Parking - Street Ubereats - Great BOGO Free Deal

If you want Indian Street food without leaving Queens this is your spot. They have an assortment of egg based dishes for the Eggholic in you and more. The drinks are also refreshing for hot days. Google will be your friend if you need help looking things up. The chicken sandwich comes on super thick bread and is really filling. It is not a "traditional" chicken sandwich so check your expectations before you order if Indian street food is new to you. It IS flavor packed. They also have some really fun ice cream selections.

Chicken tikka masala sandwich was flavorful and delicious. I was hesitant at first but glad I made this choice. I also ordered the salted caramel bubble tea however there was no caramel at all and it seem the bubbles was so hot when placed in the cup it started to melt the cup (not a good look). The restaurant was clean and the service was okay. The cashier/ server was attentive but not really pleasant. The food is halal which is a plus.

TLDR: An unassuming but fun spot for egg inspired indian street food! My favorites were the appetizer/small dish options here. The chaat and sandwiches were flavorful and fun. The curries were well spiced and the rice was very filling.

This place just opened up recently and I'm so happy they're around, pumping out some really flavorful, bold, delicious Indian street food, dishes that aren't always easy to find. SURTI GOTALO Was recommended to get this having never been here before, it is their specialty apparently, with chopped up egg and richly flavored with spices. This doesn't hold back on the heat - even if you have a good heat tolerance it may slowly sneak up on you! Didn't stop me from enjoying it thoroughly. There's a heartiness to this and it really celebrates this really deeply seasoned spice profile with a runny sunnyside up egg for some mix in texture. Comes with Roti for you to eat it with. Don't expect a fork, though not sure if you can ask for one. SAMOSA They were just fine, to be honest. The exterior was more bready than crisp/fried and the inside was standard vegetable samosa but the sauce realy takes it up a notch and they do a great sauce with this one. I forgot the name of this, but the picture of the egg sandwich I posted below was actually really really good, and had a deep flavor profile that you may be surprised by when just looking at it. There's a nice crispy char on the bread as well. A+ from me, honestly. MANGO MASTANI Would probably get the mango lassi instead next time; this is just mango lassi with a (small) scoop of vanilla ice cream and dusted with almonds and a sweet green syrup, which was quite interesting and good, but I wish the vanilla ice cream scoop was bigger. Mango lassi itself was pretty good though!

This establishment was very clean and bright inside. It had an array of Indian beverages, foods, and desserts. The sandwich i ordered was made within less than 10 minutes. It was warm and very tasty. It also had the perfect amount of spice. The mango lassi was on the thicker side but still very tasty!

IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT GOING HERE PLEASE DON'T !! The place looks beautiful...but the food is garbage HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T GO. I'm not one to leave reviews but after tasting the chai, which is the first thing an Indian store needs to get right I was already disappointed. The rest was downhill from there. Chai tasted like mud water and the samosas were dryyy. I'd felt like all the food was 4 days old that they reheated for us to eat. I will say that the chicken tikka masala wrap was okay . (Not photographed) Ultimately I am highly disappointed but I hope to come back one day and see that things have changed. Chai - 0/10 Samosa 3/10 Chicken tikka - 6/10

Nice spicy snacks! The yogurt gol gappas are very yummy as was the chicken club sandwich. Samosa chat was good too. Nice flavors will make taste buds come alive and tea was great at end.

Pleasantly surprised-- just ordered Uber eats from eggholic ( the samosas and chicken masala sandwich) The chicken masala sandwich is cut into four pieces and is very flavorful. A flavorful ketchup/ sauce comes with this dish The samosas have a buy 1 get 1 deal so thought it was worth it for the deal.

The Fresh Meadows location is right by Kohl's with ample parking. The standout hospitality began the moment I walked in. An employee directed me to the counter and helped me place my order, explaining the menu items. Another friendly employee ( I think his name was Alex) noticed my large order and personally helped carry four trays of food to the table, setting the tone for a genuinely great visit. From the first bite, it's clear this is far from ordinary fast-casual fare--the chicken is juicy beneath a perfectly crisp, non-greasy coating, and the spice levels are seriously dialed in, whether you opt for a manageable Mild or decide to take on a real heat challenge. I love that the chicken rests on the white bread which absorbs all the delicious juices. The menu is thoughtfully simple, focusing on sliders, tenders, and satisfying sides, all served fresh and hot. All delicious. The kale coleslaw is a triumph. So are the pickles. I despise pickles, yet ill eat all the pickles at Dave's. They're so good! And don't even think about skipping the Oreo milkshake, thick, refreshing, and loaded with real cookie chunks, it's the ideal finale, especially if you've embraced the spice. For anyone in Queens craving authentic, high quality Nashville style fried chicken, this spot is absolutely worth a special trip. Highly recommended, and to top it all, IT'S HALAL!!! WHAT?!?! Cafe Kashkar in Brighton Beach, Nargis Cafe in Sheepshead Bay, this is the dish that keeps on giving. Until eating here. I will just keep this one all to myself. Everything here is right, on top of right, on top of right, on top of right. Friendly, fast, and efficient service. A pretty ambiance that does not hit you over the head with a walking stick, and some of the best Lagman I have eaten this side of the East River. These folks know what they are doing. To come here and not order some naan is a huge insult, so I did that. Even that is done properly. The naan is light and full of flavor. It needs no oil or anything to spruce it up. Enjoy it for what it is. The Lagman hits all the right notes, checking every box that Lagman needs to have. Ample and flavorful meat? Check. Fresh hand pulled noodles that are also ample? Check. Crispy, sautéed vegetables? Check. About a quarter of the way through my meal, one of the owners came up to me and offered me chili oil to put in the dish. I obliged as I learned from Cafe Kashkar the importance of adding flavor to this dish. It really does elevate everything on the plate and brings all those flavors that are already on the plate, forward. Everything is rather affordable as well. Before the New York Times finds out about this little hole in the wall and blows this restaurant's cover, I will close this review by simply stating this restaurant is a winner, without all the aforementioned accolades.

Everything 5/5, I would come back. Came here with my partner around 1PM on a Saturday for AYCE KBBQ at $43 per adult. Unlike other KBBQ joints, the servers cook for you here. Sorry, not as many pictures as I had hoped for because I got lost in the eating... lol. Ambience: On the outside, store was inconspicuous but on the inside there was quiet K-pop music, lighting was warm/soft, and there were not many people. Food: Sides and appetizers were unlimited. The julienne pickled radish and carrots were amazing. The GF loves cheese steamed egg but I don't eat dairy. I recommend the addicting fried rice cake. There were some dull lettuce leaves but most were vibrant appearing, everything was clean. For meats, we tried to go down the list for beef cuts but got too before we could try everything. We ordered - Thin cut brisket: My favorite cut especially to start with. Thin so it cooks fast, tender, not too fatty. Not marinated so goes well with salt and pepper. - Hanger steak: Not marinated but simple, classic, and great with salt and pepper. Some pieces were tougher than others. - Finger meat: Not a fan, maybe the tendons in the meat made it tough to chew and hard to eat with the lettuce wrap. - Soy marinated short rib: Good. Light sweet marinade that wasn't overpowering and retained the meaty flavor. - Soy marinated beef bulgogi: Decent. Would say the bulgogi definitely absorbed too much sauce and a little on the saltier side which kind of overpowered the natural flavor of the meat. Service: AMAZING, best service I've ever received at a restaurant. The server clearly took pride in his work. Recommended to us where to sit to not get splashed by oils from the grill. He anticipated all of our needs. He saw I was getting garlic out of my GF's plate and brought me a separate massive plate of garlic (I am a glutton). Gave us refills of appetizers and lettuce before we even ran out. Cooked everything for us and was attentive throughout the whole experience.

I was brought here by my friend (and her family) as she recommended the place, and she came pretty often. I would say that my friend sometimes has interesting taste, but so far her recommendations have been really solid. This was great for me, since I opened the menu and was like... wow, I don't even know what is good. So I just sat back and *attempted* to listen to what was going on. We ended up getting hot tea with lemon, beef skirt kebab, lamb kebab, samsa, cheburek with meat, and a few other things I'm not quite sure about. She just ordered, and honestly, I just ate everything she threw at me. The samsas were delicious! They were super flaky, and the meat was well seasoned and super juicy. The samsa were also quite hefty, they fill you up if you eat too many. It reminded me of the homemade ones my friend used to give me. Next up, the cheburek with meat. This was a first for me, and my friend said it was a must get. She was completely right... we ended up getting a 2nd order of this. It was super light, compared to everything else we ordered, as it is only filled with a bit of meat. The dough is fried to perfection, it was a bit crispy, soft, and didn't feel oily. It came with what I assume is a tomato sauce, which pairs well with it. We also got a few of the beef and lamb kebabs, and they were also delicious. The beef tasted better than the lamb, but my friend says that is just depends on the day. So I guess it depends on who is cooking that day? But the beef was super juicy, and it was well seasoned. The lamb was also good, but it just wasn't as yummy as the beef skirt. Overall, I really like everything here and I look forward to my next trip back to NY.

Incredible Uyghur food not just for Flushing standards but for the entire city as a whole…read more Everything here is halal so that's a nice plus. Went with a group on a Thursday evening, and the place is fairly small with about 10 or so tables. There was only one server but since there was only one other occupied table, this wasn't an issue. Service was prompt and friendly and our server was willing to explain things to some in our group who weren't very familiar with Uyghur cuisine. The space also had nice vibes, clean with understated and tasteful decor on the walls. We had to get the special laghman because this spot is known for that, and you get the option of either lamb or beef. We ordered both varieties and they were both delicious. The meat was tender and they're loaded with fresh vegetables, with the mushrooms being a highlight. The sauce in particular was incredibly rich and savory and I was tempted to get an additional order of noodles on the side just to enjoy the sauce some more. It was that good. Others in our group ordered the stir fried noodles which I got to try; it wasn't saucy like the laghman but it was equally delicious. We also ordered the lamb dumplings, which was probably the weakest dish of the night. They weren't bad, and for $15 you get a large plate of them, meant to be shared or enjoyed as an entree. It's just that for the area you can get better dumplings for a cheaper price. I probably wouldn't order these again when I return, but the chili oil and black vinegar elevated them a bit. But the real highlight of the night had to be the lamb kebabs, spelled kawap here, served on skewers. They are $5 a pop, so they're not exactly cheap but they are worth every penny. Grilled and seasoned to perfection with tender meat, I genuinely think these are the best lamb kebabs I've had in the city, and I've had a lot from dining at many Middle Eastern restaurants. These blow them all away. If you visit, make sure to get one or two skewers for yourself along with your entree. Finally we had some milk tea, served in a bowl and not a cup like you might expect. It was rich, decadent, a little salty, and a great way to end a great meal. All in all, loved my experience here and I'm eager to go back.
