Even coming in at 11 pm, there were still a number of people here. For appetizers, I had their Chicken Manchurian and I really liked it! I also had their Sichuan sauce fish fillet and their chicken fried noodle. At Aanch, they have a milder taste profile, and if thats what you like, then Aanch is really enjoyable. My favorite dish that I got here was their mixed tandoori platter. I was surprised at how soft all the meats were! My favorite was the shrimp!

Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

We ordered 3 dishes and it took over 50 minutes. And then we got this burnt slop. The chicken itself was rock hard dry. There was 0 flavor on anything other than just pure spiciness--absolutely 0 balancing of actual flavor on anything. Maybe something happened because it's the day after Thanksgiving and the regular chef is out. But whoever was cooking must've put this stuff in the oven and gone out for a 45 minute smoke break. I have no idea how anyone spends 50 minutes on 1 order just to put out burnt charcoal. This is some Kitchen Nightmares stuff right here. At least the front cashier guy was not rude about it and slightly apologetic.

They have a couple variations of naan which is always fun and lots of different sauces. The staff was also extremely nice, always checking up on our table and taking the dirty dishes away quickly. Since chicken is my favorite protein, we couldn't resist ordering a variety of chicken dishes: chicken tikka masala, chicken curry, and butter chicken, paired with a side of garlic naan. The butter chicken was the standout for me--rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet. The chicken tikka masala was also good, though I would've loved a bit more spice. Unfortunately, the chicken curry fell short, lacking in flavor. Overall, though, I'd recommend giving this restaurant a try.

The masala dosas being served looked authentic and all the customers seemed satisfied. Easy to tell when they are quiet during the meals when the food comes . The thing that puts this place on top of other stores is the service. Small things like these will keep customers coming back. I wish I lived in the area because I would definitely come here for my Veg options.

It was really overwhelming as someone who's never had a dosa before and did not know the differences between all the choices. But I was pleased with what I did end up choosing, which was onion rava cheese masala. The rava dosas looked so pleasantly crispy, and the cheese was cheesing. My friends got the masala dosas and they were like rectangular crepes (also huge) but not as crispy as the rava dosas. The dosas all came with three chutneys. The dahi puri and pani puri were both so so good and came with many! Dahi puri was a first for me and wow, I love it a lot more than pani puri even though pani puri is delish too. There are a couple of drink options on the menu. I, of course, got a mango lassi. It was just what I needed after a pool day. My husband was excited to see rasam on the menu, but he said the one here tastes different from what he tried in India. To me, it was like Chinese hot and sour soup but much much spicier. It's a really no-frills place, in which much of it is self-served.

The price is amazing, the portion size is fantastic, and it was delicious! Recently, we tried the weekend buffet, which was amazing and totally worth it! It's $18 per person but the selection is really great, with both vegetarian and meat dishes offered, and two dessert selections. What I love is that some of their dishes have a kick to them and feel more authentic than other Indian restaurants I've eaten at with respect to the spiciness. While I'm not a fish lover, I loved their fish pakora! It is so flavorful and super easy to overeat. While I loved all of their buffet dishes, the fish pakora and chana masala were my absolute favorites with the butter chicken and paneer tikka masala tying for 2nd. The restaurant is very large and clean, and the servers are very kind and attentive. They were constantly refilling our water and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this is a great spot for Indian food and a great Indian buffet spot. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the neighborhood.

If the food on top is cold, that's a real issue--especially when there are covers that clearly weren't being used. I went back for seconds, mixed the food, and made sure to get it from the bottom. Still cold. It made the whole meal feel unappealing and unappetizing. On a positive note, we did order parotta and it was fantastic. Honestly, if you're planning to eat here, skip the buffet and just order straight from the menu. One last hiccup--we waited quite a while for our to-go order, only to find it had been sitting on the pickup counter for who knows how long. Just seemed like a lack of attention to detail.
