It was pesto, pasta and veggies but you could add a protein for no extra cost. I just went with the plain bowl (no protein). The Hubs ordered the Steak Dianne ("A throwback to the 1960s"). Thought that was a cool entree to feature. It came with charred (in a good way) Brussel sprouts and delicious mashed potatoes underneath the steak and mushrooms. My basil bowl was pretty good too. The pesto had a great flavor and the veggies were just cooked perfectly--still crisp and not mushy. Only negative was that there was a lot of liquid in the bottom of my bowl.
