The sound, the picture, everything came out perfect and we couldn't be more pleased by the work done by Archetype. There is NO ONE else that I would trust more than John at Archetype for the service he provides and the care he takes in taking your sweat, blood, and tears from post and translating it to a beautiful DCP in either 2k or 4k. We were tasked with implementing the growth and marketing strategy for one of our larger enterprise clients (their branding, CRM, ERP, marketing, web site, which all tied in to a complex inbound lead generation program, along with an email campaign program) - it was a big project, and we planned to use multiple vendors: engineers, software developers, and graphic designers to stand up these complex systems. We interviewed several software development and branding firms, and were nearing decisions on who to partner with, but no one really stood out. By the time we got to the Good Touch to interview for the graphic design piece, we were completely blown away in the discovery process. The owner (Guy Cusson) was very professional and curious. He asked us what we were trying to accomplish from a high level, we briefly told him what he needed, and in response he gave us comprehensive and valuable insights beyond what we had expected. He told us his team had experience and positive references in all areas of engineering, marketing and branding that we required. Of course, all of the firms we were interviewing told us that in hopes to get as much business and upsell wherever they could.. but Guy's approach was completely different. They told us where we could save money, instead of spending it, they gave us honest feedback and managed our expectations on cost and results. They were experienced in all areas of our needs which allowed them to tie everything together in one cohesive strategy. They were experts on color palettes (something we didn't even know we needed with branding), and experts all the way over to the engineering side of the web site and CRM systems, and everything in between. Above all else, we were very impressed in their ability to tie everything together in one cohesive branding and marketing strategy. Honestly if we had gone somewhere else this would have been several projects - but with tying in the branding, and web site, along with the marketing and sales campaigns, to this one experienced vendor - it saved us heaps of money, and headache. During the project, The Good Touch was very responsive in answering our questions and concerns. They were very attentive in making sure we were satisfied with each piece of the project, and while doing so they helped manage our expectations and tweak the each stage of the project to ensure each phase tied into the next seamlessly, while focusing on the end result and success of our client. They made recommendations beyond what we had expected, which provided us with additional insights and ideas to provide our client. When it came to the sales campaign, we decided to partner with the Good Touch here and they enabled us to exceed our performance criteria with our own client. Now our clients keep recommending us buinsess, thanks to the Good Touch augmenting our team and services. We received the best engineering, systems, marketing, branding, and web development services... our needs were complex, and our results were comprehensive. He did such a good job I then hired him to design a personal logo for my birthday party. We turned the logo into a huge decal for the dance floor as well as printing it on cocktail napkins. The only place I ever trusted (besides my own studio) was Boone at Intrepid...because honestly, taping in the wrong hands can train-wreck a performance. Cut to recently: I finally taped there myself and validated what I already knew. Professional, relaxed, confidence-boosting, and just overall good vibes only. The space is great, parking's easy (a miracle in LA), and the tape quality? Chef's kiss. A million stars, truly. Actors, you're in the best hands here.

Our shoot day was split up into two parts, inserts and a green screen news segment. The pre-lit greenscreen was a plus as it saved time. Also, the HMU/Kitchen area is very convenient. The size of the space worked fine for what we needed and the staff was very helpful in assisting us with our needs. There is limited parking so I had to feed the meters for my small crew every two hours along Ventura Blvd. which wasn't a big deal. However, you are given several parking spaces on the top lot which I used for my talent and it was very convenient. I only have two minor issues with the space: 1. Since they are new to this location, the organization of the Grip and Electric package wasn't as great as it could have been but I'm sure that will improve in time. In addition, a few more flags, floppies and small frames and diffusion options (or even some gels) would have been helpful. No biggie though. 2. There is an audition space just adjacent in the same building and we had people coming into our little foyer area often looking for their audition. Not a big deal but a little more clear signage provided by CSM for our doors and parking spaces would have definitely helped out. Again, no biggie. All in all, this is a great space and I will be recommending it to all of my colleagues. If I could give 4 1/2 stars I would! Upinder and Keven are great guys and I will definitely use them again.

Have filmed here on and off for nearly 8 years, both at the old location and the new one. We…read morerecently booked Studio 2 for a feature shoot and were a little shocked by the experience. Production was being monitored in real time through security cameras, with constant messages about minor things like moving a chair, shifting a lamp, or leaving a door open briefly. It became distracting and uncomfortable very quickly. A professional sound stage should allow crews to work without excessive micromanagement. Instead, the environment felt overly controlled and tense, with concerns raised over things as minor as small floor marks from normal production activity. It's hard to take the space seriously as a professional working studio when the focus feels more on surveillance than supporting productions. If you're looking for a studio environment where creatives can work comfortably and efficiently, I'd recommend considering other options. It's disappointing to see a space with potential move backward instead of evolving into a true indie filmmaking hub. Hopefully Nvisionate takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for future productions.
