The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the jewelry was reasonably priced ($1 bracelets) and somewhat interesting though I didn't buy anything. Lastly, the staff was unprofessional and their conversations with each other in front of customers was appalling. Let's just say save the locker room talk for the back room. Overall, the place is classless and drab. There's probably a gem if you dig through every single item, but not worth the time IMO.

I explained that I just wanted to show it to my mom and asked for clarity on the photo policy - for example, could she share a photo with me to send, or could she provide me with information on the item, which is not on their website from what I can tell (though most of their items are, so I'm sure what their issue is with photos - if someone is trying to copy something (is that the concern?) they could look at their items online for the most part). In response, she said "well I already told you what the policy is" but that she'd let me take one photo in this instance. I did so and left. How could anyone think that's an appropriate thing to say to a customer just trying to shop at your store and get more information about what is permitted and how their policies work?? Most local boutiques allow photos - it's not like this is standard. She could have just kindly explained that it is store policy for this reason or that reason and it would have been fine. They have some nice and unique items here, but being treated like this does not make me want to patronize this shop.

The homeless man eating a hash brown and hanging out was more polite and accommodating than she was and therefore I will not be shopping at this location. Not sure how this location will stay afloat with such rude and ignorant people working there but if I was the owner I would invest in more friendly associates.
