I ordered a spa package to make up for my bday weekend that I usually treat myself with. The spa…read morepackage included a "perfect pressure" massage with hot stones and a facial. My masseuse Eric was very nice but I didn't feel that the pressure was good. It felt like a Swedish massage and not deep tissue. I did ask for more pressure but I felt like more pressure was placed on my neck, the most sensitive part if your body, instead of what I said my focus area was (lower back). I was still in discomfort after my massage. He also just left the hot stones sitting on my back too long and didn't really know how to use them once he was done with my legs. My facial with Katherine was ok. Nothing spectacular here to make me return. I'm shocked at the high reviews. I've had better massages at chains and solo practices.

The sound therapy and head techniques were incredible, and I left feeling calmer than I have in ages. My hair stayed soft and smelled amazing for days. The spa is spotless, private, beautifully lit, and has a peaceful Eastern‑influenced vibe. They even store your shoes in a cubby when you arrive. Highly recommend -- amazing value and a truly unique experience. That said, here's the one thing that knocked it down a star for me: the payment process for gifts is tricky-if you're planning to surprise someone, make sure you clarify the payment setup ahead of time -- otherwise the person you're trying to treat might end up stuck with the bill if you're not physically there to pay.

I'm really disappointed with my experience today. I scheduled this appointment expecting to see…read moreMika, but no one told me she wasn't available until I was already changed into my bath robe and ready for the session. I had to ask if Mika was coming, and that's when I was told she was fully booked and busy. If I had known that beforehand, I would not have stayed. I live three hours away and specifically came expecting to have my appointment with Mika. During the service, water also got into my ear and I'm still trying to get it out, which has been very uncomfortable. My first visit here was a great experience, which is why several of my family members also come here now. Unfortunately, today's visit was very disappointing and I honestly couldn't wait for the session to be over. Just wanted to mention that the owner told me Mika had a family emergency and had to leave early, but that was not was the therapist said to me beforehand. I will say I'm glad my hubby was able to get Eva, since she was the other person we originally requested. They offered me a complimentary service with Mika for next visit, but honestly it is not worth the stress or the drive after what I went through. Lesson learned. On top of everything, we still tipped well.

She took the time to ask about my scalp, hair, skin concerns, and any sensitivities (I have a tender scalp and can start tearing up), which immediately put me at ease. The experience itself was a complete dream. I melted into serenity from the moment she began. Along with the head spa service, she incorporated a relaxing neck and hand massage that tied everything together beautifully. Cristina joked that I wouldn't want to wash my hair for a week, and honestly... I see exactly what she meant. My hair flowed beautifully for days. The entire service felt luxurious, thoughtful, and genuinely restorative. I unlocked a new favorite. I can't wait to go back - and plan to soon.

They were dressed in shorts /water outfits since it does get dirty. My husband and I were both confused from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. There were no instructions or expectations for the couples experience. We were just told to go in the room and that it may not be best to bring our phones because of the steam. We go in the room and she was right. It was hot like a sauna. And we didn't know what to do. Were we supposed to sit? Lay down? My poor husband had removed his glasses so he couldn't see a single thing. We waited and waited which felt like forever until someone came in to start. Once we were done with that section we were led to the meditation room and again we were not told how long to wait or what to do. So we just kept sitting there and drank tea. It is not a private room. It is more of an open area so no peace really. Then after we got done with the massage room. We sat there waiting for ten minutes. My husband had to walk out a few times to figure out what the next step was. Turns out they were just waiting for us in the facial room but again no one said anything. I would say overall the experience was okay. The best thing was the exfoliation and mud area! I had never been exfoliated like that before and then feeling buttery smooth afterwards. Definitely something to consider doing. However, if you are looking for a massage or facial then this is not the place for you. The massage was mediocre and more like swedish even when asked to go harder. It felt like someone was just applying lotion and rubbing it with some uncomfortable stretching. The facial was mainly a face mask with a light over. And some removal of blackheads on the nose.
