She is sweet, kind, with a beautiful welcoming smile. She's very professional and always tries to accommodate my schedule. OMG! Dr. Kerns is fantastic! I went to her at a time that I felt my pain will never leave me especially because I suffer from so many conditions. She sat with me explained everything that was going on with my body. Truthfully, I don't know what I would do without her. She has helped me tremendously with my chronic pain. For the first time, I found relief and someone that truly understands my pain. I can talk to her about anything, she never makes you feel uncomfortable. She explains all the medical verbage in plain English so you are able to understand. I don't like Dr. Kerns, I truly love her. What she has done for me is incredible. My sadness and losing the battle of this struggle has gone away. I have been taking my son to the Saint Cloud office for 6 years. They have several doctors…read moreavailable but I prefer to stick with the same doctor, I think it's better for my son to see the same person. In my mind I think they know him and he can build trust with the same person. We prefer Dr Cantilli and sometimes Dr Watane, if Dr Cantilli is not available. Today we saw Dr Raghavan due to an oversight when I made the appointment. I asked for either one of my faves, but I guess they didn't make a note of it. Anywhooo, Dr. Raghavan was very nice and thorough. She asked my son lots of questions, and was personable. I would go back to her again in the future. I am not a fan at all of Dr Rodriguez. I felt that she was too rough with my son when he was born she also seemed judgmental of me because he was born with slight jaundice which turned out to be ok and was ruled out. I think I saw her one more time in the office accidentally and I was not a happy camper. But the other doctors that we have seen treat the parents and patients with respect. They take the time for a thorough exam and provide lots of valuable feedback . I like that they have an area for "well" children and "sick" children. I certainly don't want to bring my kid to the dr for a check up and he end up with the flu because he was playing with someone who was sick. I was told bloodwork was ordered, only to make an appointment, and then be refused, because the order was not there. After jumping through hoops and getting bloodwork done, when results are in, they are not looked at by the doctor at all. I waited weeks to see if my child had anemia, and on the portal it would say... doctor has not read results yet. What? you sent us for bloodwork, only to not respond to the results???? Prescriptions are not refilled. I've had to have the pharmacy reach out several times to refill because the nurses/doctors would not do it, even after phone messages and messages on the portal. The communication is horrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The only reason we started here is because they were the ones at the hospital to administer care after birth. We continued on because it was all we knew in the area.

I arrived 20 minutes early and upon checkin was told I scheduled a televisit not a regular visit and there was no room to be seen as a new patient. What I find frustrating is that I could have saved the 1.5 drive (round trip) if the person had noticed yesterday when they called! They clearly saw I was a new patient. Being there and told they were too busy to see me today was upsetting. I took time off work and waited two weeks for this appointment. Needless to say I will not reschedule here and will find another doctor.

Traffic was worse than normal so we arrived at 11:20a. We walked in and my wife nicely greeted the staff and said she wanted to do a walk in appt. The white blonde hair lady behind the receptionist desk was immediately rude and snapped that we were too late for walk ins and we would have to return at 1:30p. So we wasted our time driving 45min here and being treated and spoken to like trash. This place will never receive our business again and I would not recommend this place. I don't give business to businesses that have zero customer service skills and are rude like this woman was. Maybe you should reevaluate your staff if you actually want business from anyone in the future.
