Jay Cullinane was recommended to me by a friend who is a registered nurse. Dr. Cullinane was gentle and very through in treating me along with being very flexible and available when ever I needed to come in... even on one Saturday when his office was closed and I had a terrible stiff neck. He made himself available to help me. My husband and I are very thankful for all of our many blessings, Dr. Cullinane being one of them. We highly recommend him to everyone we meet.

He convinced my husband that he needed a pain pump and then set the distribution of medication in such a dangerous way, his nurse could not ethically move forward with his instructions. He just wants to do injections and surgeries, because they make him the most money. For every appointment, he waited over an hour and staff were often rude. If you are in pain and need pain management, keep looking. Dr. Song is not a good physician and does not care about patients.

We go to this dentist and magically her teeth have issues and I now have a bill because what they did isn't covered. No one told me that would be the case while I was there. And I would have never approved an additional procedure. I've called to get an itemized bill to show me what they did that was not covered and no one will call me back. But they will keep sending me generic bills in the mail asking for payment. Save your money and time.

I scheduled my appointment online for a first visit and cleaning. They blindsided me with almost $300 the day before my then scheduled cleaning. First visit took 2 hours as they took "quicker" consults to review treatment plans before me. I just wanted a routine cleaning and instead turned into a rabbit hole. I went back and forth with Leeann calling me and having to keep putting me on hold to ask the manager over and over. I'm not sure why the manager just couldn't speak with me and put poor Leeann though the mediator. Leanne was very sweet and apologetic which was appreciated. They kept negotiating the amount I would have to pay to then keep my cleaning appointment and then finally said they would "forgive" or right off the remaining I was not prepared to pay. In office I tried to schedule for my husband a new client consult and just for a cleaning since the whole issue with my X-rays I didn't want to be deceitful and have to go through this again. I was told after the intake person had to go ask the manager again that it is not something they do. That they have to do x-rays. They just seem like all they want is money.

Everyone with whom I came into contact was friendly, helpful and professional. The treatment plan was discussed and I was given plenty of time to ask questions. At one point, my temporary crown came off. I went to the office the following day without an appointment (like I was instructed to do) and was seen within a few minutes. I have not completed the treatment plan as yet, but will finish and then continue to go to Aspen Dental for any maintenance or problems. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental St. Cloud office.
