I was anxious to get some help and find some answers, and was completely blown off. 90% of the staff I met was no joy, either... the only reason I gave two stars was because Renoso's nurse was a JOY. She was the only kind person I came across in my visit. Unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the rest of the rude staff and doctor.

Today, as I was attempting to schedule a new appointment to continue monitoring my pregnancy, I was told that you are *still* enforcing this ABSURD POLICY of not allowing any children to enter. My question is: how is this even possible? During the months of June and July, my son is on school break, and I am certainly not going to leave him home alone just so I can attend my appointments--especially since, incidentally, yours is the *only* medical office I have encountered that has such absurd policies.

First of all, I scheduled an online appointment to see the GYN for May 17, 2024. They gave me an appointment with no issues after accepting my insurance. 4 days before my appointment which is today, I get a call from 407-857-2502. The non-professional female who called didn't even ask me my name. She just starts talking to tell me my appointment is canceled. So to verify that it wasn't a scam, I had to ask when was my appointment since as she didn't properly identify herself. Anyway, she says they have reached maximum appointments and have to cancel. So I said well can I reschedule or is it max for the month? She proceeds to say, no it's max for my insurance for their facility. I said what? I assume it is a Florida thing, bc I have never heard of that in my life. Needless to say, thank you women's center for your unprofessionalism. I appreciate it. Now I'll try to find a more professional GYN. As I'm writing this, they actually have the nerve to text me that I have signed up for alerts. Like really? I can't even get an appointment.

I called after the first visit and left a voicemail for a call back, that was now two weeks ago. I got no call back. Today when I arrived the red head at the front desk said good morning and asked for my id and Insurance card. When I asked her again? She said they don't have a copy I proceeded to give it to her and said they took this last time as well. She had this look or being annoyed at me saying that. So then proceeded to say I called two weeks ago about a diagnosis I saw on my chart and no one called me back. She don't answer me or offer to review it or discuss it when I will be called to the back. She gave me my cards back and I had the payment card ready on the counter so when she asked for it I said it's right there sheade a sound and grabbed it. Then I was prepared and took the pen I used to sign in she asked me to Sign the receipt and handed me a pen but I had already had one in hand and signed it she put her pen back with an attitude now. I gave her the receipt and she just sat there typing and looking at her screen. I had to ask if we were done for now , again not looking at me she said yes. Employees need to realize they are working at a Dictors office and do not know what the patients coming in are feeling. Empathy and compassion go a looong way. The lobby is always full of people but it is spotless and well cared for, just like every room in the building. I did not see my doctor on this visit, but the physician assistant I met with was amazing. She was kind, knowledgeable about my health, and answered every single question I had. She made me feel completely at ease talking about my yearly checkup. I am so grateful for the care I received and I will absolutely keep coming back to this location.

No harm done thankfully. I can forgive a little lack of knowledge. 2. Completely UNRESPONSIVE for nausea med requests after OTC wouldn't work. Had to go to a teledoc to get meds prescribed. 3. Lost my genetic testing ... TWICE. First time, they don't even have the decency to tell me why. So of course, I'm worried. I waited two hours at an 8AM appointment for a simple lab draw after I worked a 14 hour night shift. The MA's barely know how to draw and properly label blood. So, I message to ask about results the second time. They message me to come in and pick them up. I go to my next appointment on 03/11 for them to tell me the lab rejected my tests on 02/27. Why did they tell me it was ready? What if I had a huge gender reveal?! Most importantly, I am a 35 year old woman. It is important for me to know about genetic abnormalities. I am almost 17 weeks and I still don't know!! Ridiculous. 4. So, prior to that visit. I end up in the ER weeks later. My nausea meds stopped working. Dehydrated. Elevated liver enzymes from the vomiting. My lab work will tell you, I'm not exaggerating my symptoms. I get prescribed a new nausea medication. The ER doctor even called the Provider because she was worried. I follow-up the next day. Provider is AWARE I am taking this. They tell me a week later they can't refill it because they did not prescribe it. WHAT? I am literally still vomitting when I try to stretch the times I take the med. I messaged and called practically yelling from the frustration. They finally "prescribe it" after so much grief. I show up at the pharmacy for it to the WRONG MEDICATION. Guess who has already thrown up twice before noon today and been ghosted twice more? Me. I am DONE. 5. Even my follow-up lab work that still show elevated liver enzymes and now low hemoglobin, I have to follow-up with the lab myself. Ask if I need another redraw. Once again. No reply. For someone to potentially end up in an ER again because a clinic can't get organized enough to prescribe a simple medication is MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. I have NEVER lost my patience or complained the way I have in this clinic. Or felt the need to even write complaints, but I am done! I deeply regret not changing months ago! At this point, I am compromising my health. I will not be returning. Do not establish your care in this clinic! Go somewhere else.

It's some clueless call center. I confirm my appointment for the next day. Made sure it was the correct time and location. She said I was good. I show up Saturday on time. They open at 8. 8:10 no one is here. The office is locked up. No cars. I call the office. Of course no answer. Waste of my time so I left. Monday, no one calls me about my missed appointment. No one calls to apologise that they FORGOT and scheduled my appointment on a long weekend. I call the clueless call center and they offer nothing but excuses. "I don't know why they told you that." Bullshit, they just suck at their job. The customer service is lacking in this place. And the times I have gone for appointments, you're kept waiting far past the scheduled time. Why? It's the first appointment of the day. The girls at the desk always have the same stock reply "they'll call you in soon." Appointment is at 9. I hear the desk girls say "your 9:00 is here." You'll be waiting at least 20-30 minutes. Fine somewhere else with better care for it's customers.
