My husband has had skin cancer for a few years so we have regular office visits. His staff is professional and friendly. They remember you and really treat you like a person or a friend. I think of all the doctors that we have seen in the past few years, Dr Lober's staff stands out. From the second you walk in the door you feel like a valued patient. We get excellent care, very specific follow up instructions and things like a biopsy or freezing off pre-cancer is explained so that you can understand the what and why. If you find yourself in a position where you need a dermatologist who can treat skin cancer, you would be in good hands with Dr Lober. As a former athlete, with a now demanding job of travel and sitting in conference rooms, I found that the over 40 curse was hitting me in all the wrong parts - stomach, hips, outer thighs, and waist. The front office staff is so kind and friendly, which makes a huge difference since they are your first point of contact with the facility. The office itself is very warm and welcoming; their waiting rooms are very clean but definitely have a very late 90s feel, which is somehow oddly comforting. The appointments seemed timely. I didn't wait in the lobby for very long before I was called in to the waiting room. However, once I was in there, I probably waited around 20ish minutes before I was seen. The nurses and practitioners were great. I did not meet Dr. Stokes, but I dealt with one of the nurse practitioners instead. They were able to quickly identify and alleviate one of my concerns.
