After more than 20 years of building my business from scratch, we moved into our first retail location in 2021! Located inside the Village Square Mall in Effingham, we are truly Effingham's Computer Store! With extensive experience in repairs on all makes and models, and a great selection of new laptops, our custom-built desktops, and tons of parts, we've worked hard to become Effingham's computer store!

History

Established in 2012.

I've worked as lead tech for a few different computer companies in this area since 2001. In 2012, I found myself a single dad with my son at home. I worked during the day at a local radio station, and needed a way to make extra money. But, I didn't want to leave home every night or leave my son with a sitter. We built a small bench in my office and things took off. Fast-forward to 2021, with more than 1,600 customers, we moved the business out of our home and into our first retail location inside the Village Square Mall in Effingham!

Meet the Business Owner: Wayne M.

I've always been a nerd, geek, whatever... I just love technology. For about 10 years, I worked at a local radio station in the Effingham area, doing on-air work and running the station's website and social media. On the side, I worked my computer business. After years of hard work, my business overtook my time at the radio station. In May of 2016, I left the station to run my business full time, and stay busy every day doing what I love.
