Any time I've had a question or a concern about it Rick has responded very quickly. Recently our electric provider sent us a Google Nest Thermostat. We had our handyman install it. It blew cool air instead of warm air. So I called Rick and he was out the next day (today). He got right on it. Determined that one of the wires was in the wrong slot and that threw everything else off. Rick got it reset and reprogrammed correctly. We have warm air! A word to the wise. I called Caraway and they were very familiar with this problem. Caraway was able to come out the next day.
