Called an ac company and they said that the unit Southern Comfort installed does not handle hot weather and for us to run our sprinkler over the outside unit all day. It's still 87 degrees in our house and it's supposed to get hotter soon. Very unhappy and feel like we were taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge as to what was being installed by the "professionals"
