I live here in Beaufort, and I've never personally wanted to sit outside on a porch after a massage -- it's South Carolina, and it's hot and humid much of the year. My experience has been the complete opposite of the recent review. The staff has always been welcoming, the atmosphere is peaceful, and Christina has always taken great care of me. That review honestly reads more like a witch hunt than a fair representation of this business. I'm there every week for a reason, and I'll happily keep coming back.

I expressed my concerns with the staff and there was no offer to compensate or give a partial refund, even after I respectfully reached out to the owner, who tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my issue. I will not be returning and should have been suspicious of a place with hardly any recent reviews in the past year. The facility itself houses a decent size fitness room, a large outdoor pool, and spa services. I was greeted warmly and escorted to the ladies "locker room". It was a very well equipped and aesthetically pleasing space complete with sauna, showers, lavatories, and lockers. I was provided with a luxurious robe and slippers. I stored my personal belongings there and then headed to the spa service area. The atmosphere was comforting and the room was nicely furnished. After a brief chat with my therapist, we were off to the massage room. Before Covid, I regularly sought out this service but because of the pandemic, I had not participated in this activity for months. Michelle was outstanding, listened to all my requests and found my pressure tolerance quickly. I felt so much better afterwards. The release of tension, knots, and stress was instantaneous. I was hooked and reserved a spot for the following week. Even though the prices are substantially higher than Massage Envy, it's hard not to appreciate the extra perks a customer gets i.e. use of the sauna, the pool and the fitness room for the day of your service. These are definitely value added incentives for you to enjoy without being a club member. The best part too was that for a couple of hours, I felt like I was on vacation. I saw them just fold the used dirty towel back up for next person. Then , they had me go into the massage room after my foot massage and someone walked right out and they go ok go in. I go no I want a new sheet set . They acted like they did not understand me . I then said nevermind Im only paying for 30 min foot massage and left . Wont ever go back to this business . They also treat there workers like crap. One of them told me they wont give them a day off make them works long hours and dont pay them. I used to go here often until I saw how downhill it has gone . They should be closed down by the State Board
