This was my first experience with an infrared sauna and it is an entirely different experience than a steam sauna.

Meditate A Center for Healing Arts - Andrew teaching Level 1 Meditation class

I am so glad I found this place! I've used meditation apps for a while without any useful results,…read moreso I decided to dive into a class. It is so worth the money! I look forward to the class every week, it's so helpful to have the hands on instruction and the accountability. I have definitely seen a difference in my anxiety and my over emotional reactions to life. I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn how to meditate, especially if you've tried apps or yoga and felt it wasn't helping or you felt like you couldn't do it right

Where do I begin? I can't say enough wonderful things on the impact that this class (Level 1) has…read morehad on my life. It is a 12 week course where Andrew carefully helps build the foundation that you'll use to explore meditation and the tools you will use to calm the mind and find peace and answers from within. If you are committed (at least practice 4-5 times a week and finish the course) and you have an open mind, you will absolutely feel and see the positive impact that meditation has had on your life through this 12 week course. Andrew does an incredible job of teaching everyone the building blocks they need. He is not pushy in the sense that one way is better than the other. He is open to all experiences, whatever works for you. He is non-judging and very encouraging when you do have those break throughs. I can't speak more highly of his teaching ability, the class and meditation as a whole. I have now signed up for the Level 2 course as I have only scratched the surface of this awesome journey and can't wait to see where the next lessons take me. If you are looking to get into meditation, look no further. Even my husband has seen how much calmer and more peaceful I am :)

Giiiiiiiirl! I…read morebooked a 3-hour salt cave/sauna pass. To be clear - I did NOT book a massage service! This cute mini day spa is located at the south end of Tybee Island and was very easy to find and park by. I checked in and then was shown to the lockers and beautiful bathrooms to change clothes. I brought my bathing suit and was provided a robe before I settled into one of the heavenly chairs in the salt cave. The first blissful hour was spent by myself in the salt cave, quietly enjoying the space and feeling very calm. I then moved back and forth between the infrared sauna, dry sauna and steam room for an hour and a half, timing 20 minute sessions in each. And I spent my last half hour in one of the massage chairs. I thought the massage chairs at my pedicure salon were good, but these are SO MUCH BETTER. I played with different features and just sank into chair as it tilted back and did magical things. I could have showered there had I wanted to, but my rental house was a mile away so I just put my clothes back on and checked out to go home and get cleaned up. The ladies there were friendly and once I was settled, they basically left me to do my own thing. I lucked out and no one else had an appointment while I was there, so I had the facilities all to myself. In my opinion, it would be great for a small group of friends or maybe one or two couples. The salt cave had a max occupancy of 2, as did the infrared sauna. The dry sauna and steam room were bigger and had more capacity, but I think more than four people would be a crowd. And there were only three massage chairs, but one was more isolated from the other two. For under $120, I had three hours of day spa heaven. I've been to many salt caves now, and a 45-minute sessions runs from $35-$45 by itself, so I feel like I got what I paid for. I would absolutely go back with a sister or a friend. Lovely way to spend my morning!

We booked spa treatments for our family for the day after Christmas- massages & a face. Everyone…read morehad a wonderful experience. My husband said it was his best massage ever! They pampered us so much. We highly recommended them!!
