My company hired Effective Presentations to train members of our team on how to become better public speakers and presenters. Our facilitator, Tyler, was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He has a great personality that puts you at ease when discussing the topic of public speaking which makes most people uneasy. I had a work schedule conflict and unfortunately had to miss one of the three sessions, but Tyler was very understanding and provided me the opportunity to schedule a makeup 1-on-1 session so I didn't miss anything. I appreciate the discussion, knowledge shared, constructive feedback and definitely have some new strategies to implement in both my professional and personal engagements. Thank you for the great course. I highly recommend. read more

I attended the Effective Presentation Skills Workshop this month in Orlando and was truly satisfied. The content discussed was easy, straight-forward and could be applied to any role within an organization. s "A presentation is a conversation... and a conversation is a presentation." I was thrilled with our facilitator, Sandra Oliver. Sandra keeps the audience engaged! She's extremely smart and fun to interact with. Our group felt very comfortable with Sandra because she brought her true self to class and we embraced every moment. I look forward to learning more from Effective Presentations in 2020. read more

Wonderful experience! I highly recommend Mike and his team at Effective Presentations. I learned a lot and am using it all. AND it was fun!

I took a virtual workshop with Breelyn and couldn't recommend it enough. She was so charismatic, approachable, and knowledgeable. While I took this course with a group, she was able to tailor feedback to my specific growth areas as if it was a 1:1 session. Breelyn also didn't miss a beat by adapting the takeaways to a covid world. She helped me communicate with confidence, slow down my pace when addressing a group, and keep track of those 'ums' and 'likes.' Overall a great course for those looking to build an executive presence, plus Breelyn is a star! read more

Breelyn was an amazing instructor. She was knowledgeable, charismatic and thoughtful about her work. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for help with public speaking/executive presence/giving presentations to explore a class with her! read more

I attended a 2-day Presentation & Public Speaking workshop with Breelyn, and it was amazing! The content and exercises were well-paced and built upon each other in a way that made sense intuitively. Breelyn challenged participants to stretch themselves in a supportive, encouraging way. She modeled everything she taught in a natural, authentic way. I no longer cringe at the thought of speaking in front of groups...it can actually be fun! read more

My daughter attended EP during her Jr. year in high school. We hesitated to send her thinking she would be too young and nervous for the adult group. I told Mike Fruciano to help her get rid of filler words like "uh," "um," "you know," "I mean," and "like" that she picked up conversing the high school student lingo. Mike made her at ease and pretty soon she was presenting in front of the class with confidence and a marked improvement in the less use of careless oratory. She wss excited to return to class for more speaking exercises! She enjoyed and learned effectively. This were dollars well-spent for us. My husband wants to be able to attend this course one day. read more

This was one of the best presentation classes I have had. The focus on body language, voice inflection, use of filler words, gestures, and awareness of your movements have improved my style and effectiveness dramatically. The recorded sessions and immediate review are really great for you to see how you come across to an audience verses how you think you come across. I was doing a lot of distracting movements and gestures I did not even realize I was doing. Though a little hard to review yourself at first, it quickly became a great way to improve quickly. It is done in a very positive and empowering way so you're focus on improving. Highly recommend to everyone. read more

I attended virtual training with Breelyn and she's a great instructor. I absolutely hate public speaking (and still do) but she made my class feel very comfortable during our training sessions and gave us the tools to get the job done. The training has also helped in my every day conversations with management at work because I'm reducing my dependance on filler words and paying attention to how i'm using my hands when I communicate. Don't expect to be an inactive participant in these sessions. The only way you'll get better is to practice. read more

I just completed a 2-day Effective Presentation Seminar in Atlanta. This organization has cornered the market on this type of training. What is gained in a two-day workshop cannot be adequately described in a short review. It is life-changing and will affect your personal and your professional life in amazing ways, Sandra Oliver was my instructor, so I listed just a few of my takeaways. I hope it helps others who are considering this invaluable experience. * Sandra has outstanding skills and perception. She identified my strengths and weaknesses before most coaches would have learned my name. * Sandra's sincerity and passion for helping others is at the core of all she says and does. While teaching, she is role modeling her own outstanding presentation skills. I learned just from observing her. * No matter what challenging problems participants described, she never failed to have a valuable and workable solution. She is magic! * Sandra is able to understand and relate to whatever discipline or job category is represented in the room. * She understands and appreciates the 'fear of public speaking'. Perhaps that is why I wasn't embarrassed admitting my fears, and she was so capable of helping me overcome them. I highly recommend Effective Presentations to executives, managers, and those on the front lines. Please don't let your fears stop you from such a positive life-changing experience. You will not be disappointed. read more

Truly life-changing, Mark walks his talk. Thank you!

Excellent workshop, well designed and great material.

There is a incredible amount of change happening in the world as it concerns COVID-19. Mark Fruciano exceeded my expectations. He has the ability to connect with the class by creating a community where people felt valued, appreciated and respected. Mark focused on individual strengths to produce the confidences. The training provided the opportunities for me to harness and build upon public speaking and the opportunity for me to advance in my career and thinking creatively. Mark skills are rare and appreciated. I am looking forward to attending the next training. read more

This is the best training I have participated in for my job to date! The hands-on learning environment really made the difference in what I retained and I immediately was able to put my new skills to use upon my return to work. I was comfortable speaking before I took the seminar, but now - I am confident! And that makes all the difference! Not only do I use these skills at work, but I was able to apply them to my personal life as well when teaching and speaking at my church. I highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to be more confident in their interactions with other people; whether it be one-on-one conversations, meetings of any size or full out presentations to an audience. There's something useful for all! read more

What a great seminar! Effective Presentations is by far the best seminar/workshop I have attended in many years. Whether you are a seasoned presenter or new to the arena there is something for everyone to learn and improve upon. The ability to learn new concepts and immediately put them into play through video taping and feedback was extremely effective. I was extremely impressed with Dustin Leffingwell, our facilitator. He certainly walked the talk and was very personable and engaging. In my opinion, he made the seminar! As a trainer, I know how difficult it can be to hold an audience's attention for two hours, nonetheless two days. Dustin did an amazing job of commanding his space and engaging our group. He made the time fly and kept me engaged and at the edge of my seat wanting more. Not only did I gain insight into effective presentation skills, but also into effective facilitation skills. Win-Win with this seminar! read more

I have been in the corporate world for over 15 years and have attended countless number of trainings by professional trainers. The two-days public speaking training I recently attended in Orange County was by far the most powerful and beneficial to me. They have this thing down to a science, some of the techniques they implement are powerful and effective. If you are looking to get over your fear of public speaking or just want to get much better at it this is a great course for you. You will never look at a presentation the same way when you are done with this seminar. I have already joined Toast Masters in my city so I can practice and cement everything that I learned, I just wish I would have done this a long time ago. Hadi A read more

Mike did a training session for our company and all I can say is "WOW". Amazing experience! Mike makes this look so simple. It was great to be part of a shorter group with a lot of individual attention and feedback. I loved the flexibility of the virtual training sessions. I travel for work and already loose precious family time. The virtual class was perfect for me! Matt was very positive and gave me tools/techniques to feel confident speaking. Also, working on the "intent" of the presentation not the "content" has been a great tip in creating power point presentations. I highly recommend Effective Presentations training! read more

I recently attended their two-day public speaking / presentations workshop. Mike Fruciano is a phenomenal instructor, and the class as a whole was an incredibly good use of my time. They make it comfortable, practical, feasible to implement in daily life as a business owner, and I left with very tangible ways to continue to improve over time. Additionally, customer service is excellent. I would give this 12 out of 5 stars if I could. read more
