I moved a few months ago to Delaware and found it difficult to locate Elfbars. I searched a LOT of vape shops from Dover to Rehoboth and it was like looking for the elusive needle in the haystack. One day, I found Efactor Vape Shop. I strolled into this very clean, organized shop. I was greeted by a friendly associate while a familiar song was playing on the speakers. From the door of the establishment, I reciprocated the greeting and ask, "Do you have Elfbars?" And to my shock and amazement, they did. They have a wide variety of flavors! Their prices are just what I expected for the product. I HAD FOUND MY VAPE SHOP! After a few months of coming into the shop, always being greeted warmly and with familiarity, I decided that Elfbars were getting to be an expensive habit. Do I love the flavors? YES. But with the price of eggs right now, I have to make some sacrifices. I come into the store like normal but walk to the counter to view their assortment of mods. (They have a good selection) Dustin, a newer associate, asks me what I'm looking for and I tell him my predicament with the cost of Elfbars and that I'm thinking of going back to mods. He pulls out a GeekVape that he saw me looking at. Intuitively, he knew. Ajjay, one of the first associates I met here and instantly recognized as a like-minded soul, was also working. Ajjay knows my tastes. He is able to recommend the perfect flavor, salt based juice for the mod. Dustin set up my mod. We all talked while waiting for the coils to get primed and I could test it out. I can't explain how comfortable this store makes me feel. I never feel rushed. I feel like they really want me to be happy with my purchases. Their engagement with me makes me feel important. I like that a lot! Needless to say, I am extremely happy with the mod and juice flavor I purchased. I will continue to frequent this location. I have found my vape shop! A special shout out to Ajjay for taking the time to always make me feel welcome and appreciated and to Dustin for making my transition to mods a pleasant one. Thanks guys! read more

This shop has gone downhill and is going downhill FASTER. I stopped vaping 5years ago then I returned about a year ago. The same guys were working there and helped me out alot to start back up, but they have recently left and all new people have been hired in their place. There is a gentleman (didn't get a name) who worked the night of 4/21/23 who had no customer service and had no idea what he was doing. Went to Efactor Vapor to buy a Hyde 4,000 puff, after a week of use, I still had over half of the juice left in the device. I then noticed that it started to leak vape juice out of the charging port. I came back to Efactor Vapor to return the faulty product and was advised that they will not return nor replace the Hyde vape. I do not recommend going to Efactor Vapor considering the fact that they will not stand behind their products. read more

Used to be a nice place to shop. New people took over and now it is awful. 1at visit, they gave me wrong coils. 2nd visit, gave me wrong juice. Both trips required a return visit. They exchanged but no apology. Yound lady that works there is either distracted or uneducated about the product. Last time I went in, they were playing lousy music really loud. Been coming there for 4 months been loyal as hell and get one of there VaporLaxs once every Wednesday-Friday. Got one vape that absolutely didnt work out the box and got it right before they closed so when I tried it they were closed. Will not buy from here sent my husband for juice an he forgot his wallet in car so my daughter gave it to him outside. Than the guy refused to sell vape juice I wanted to him because of my daughter being there in the car. Thought this place was nice but not now will not buy anything there again all because my daughter was telling him what I wanted because he forgot horrible people. Wide variety of juices and cbd juices if you're interested. They hold classes there and sometimes cloud comps. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Only thing is its slightly on the expensive side but the other vape stores in the area don't have the same comfortable vibe, so you are getting what you Pay for read more

Excellent shop! I was on vacation and cracked the glass to my Theorum tank, and forgot to bring the spare glass! Went here and the gentleman behind the counter gave me his personal spare glass for his tank! That's customer service! Will definitely stop here on future vacations. read more
