    this is the best vape store around. super customer servic. very friendly and very knowledgeable. you must try them. great selection as well.

    Very nice folks and informative. There was a lot of vapor in the room. It felt like a wood panel basement from the '70 s.

I bought a vape that did not work, so I went back to see if I could get a different one, being that I had bought the vape literally 3 or 4 hours before returning. The cashier was extremely rude and practically accused me of lying. He then took the vape out of my hands and sucked on it and blew the tiniest vapor out, and claimed it was just fine. In my experience, new Elf Bars have flavor and a dense amount of vapor. The fact that the employee just started chonging on the vape that I brought back, with no regards to his own personal health, and then claiming that it's fine, that was the last straw. I told him that vapes arent meant to have no flavor and very little vapor when they are new. The employee ripped the cash register open and just gave me the cash that the vape cost. He refused to allow me to exchange for another vape, and was extremely rude to me as I explained my situation. I have NEVER had this bad level of customer service. I felt like I was being questioned for something that he clearly knew was off. Avoid this place at all costs, this experience was truly a disgusting one. The fact the employee just kept the vape and wouldn't stop sucking on it (while barely any vapor came out) and basically seemed to be profiling me and my friend as we walked in the door. I don't know why he'd give me my money back if the vape was legit. He knew and was being very petty and discriminatory towards us. I don't mean to play a victim card, but this was just a bad overall experience. PS: The employee was seemingly very sneaky with another customer and brought out some stuff that may or may not be a legal item to sell in a store like that. Someone should look into this, as it's obviously a front for something else.

They have workers directing you to park and they start a conversation with you. We went into this shop in a great mood from the parking lot employees and walked out very satisfied with everything we brought. Keep up the good work.

    Horrible customer service…read more Ordered on-line, order accepted, received email saying the order was sent to and being prepared by the store and confirming the pick up time. Then received an email AND text saying the reservation is ready for pickup. Arrived at the shop at the appointed time, after driving 45 miles, only to be told that items in the order (an order that was accepted, confirmed, and was READY FOR PICK UP) were unavailable. There was no email or text advising that anything in the order was unavailable and there was more than an hour to send a message advising that the status had changed. Just a guy that gives the customer this: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. To make matters even worse, someone representing the shop phoned and in the guise of trying to "resolve" the issue, blamed the Maryland Cannabis Administration for the problem, made an untrue claim that the clerk was "cursed out" and then offered an invitation to return to discuss other options available and ensure that "the 15% veterans discount in your profile" would be applied to future orders. When informed that the customer is not a veteran and that a veterans discount should not be in the profile, the response was something to the effect that he "could be looking at the wrong profile." Ponderous. Absolutely ponderous. Since Hi Tide is blaming this on the MCA, and taking zero responsibility, I'll advise them of this situation. This is a heavily regulated industry and shenanigans like this (poor record keeping, not removing "restricted" items from inventory, etc. should be investigated and audited
