We came here to surprise my friend for her birthday in October as it was a close restaurant to our hotel and airport. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating and the food was so good! They have the best bouillabaisse I have ever had. The picture does not do it justice and I don't know if you can see the video I took of pouring the fish stock over the generous portion of seafood. I still think about that dish every day and wish the chef could give me their recipe. If you are in the area, you must visit!! All the other dishes my friends ordered were quite delicious as well. Great job to the owners and staff for making our visit so memorable.

It's small and cozy and the lights are low for ambiance. We were greeted and seated quickly. The server was friendly and answered our questions with no issues. The husband and I tried several sours (I wish I had take. A pic of what I had because it was tasty!) He had braised pork, I had Fleming stew, one teen had duck and the other a burger. Everything came out hot and was tasty! There was no rush to eat and get out (this is the European way) and we enjoyed what seemed like a lot of locals enjoying the place. That's how we know we've got a good place...when it's full of locals. The highlight was the resident cat, who made an appearance to my and my daughters delight. He ru s the place, as he walks all over the bar and earns his keep probably by keeping the mice away. We would definitely eat her again the next time we are in Amsterdam.
