We set up a time as soon as my wife opens the door Frank just walks in past my wife no hello we are here to clean times nothing. She stops him and makes him explain himself. So she gives him a second chance and goes ok you can do the demo. Then he's constantly trying to upsell us. Then when we told him we just want a basic cleaning with out all the add ons he goes ok we can do that now. So we agree, he gets ready and starts pouring all this stuff over my floors. After that my wife tries to verify one more time they accept cards he proceeds to tell us cash only or Zelle. So we go ok so stop we were told cards were accepted. He then cops an attitude and goes no I didn't. We try to explain that not him specifically but the office did when we called. He ignores us and starts packing up to leave. Then he leaves all this stuff on our floors and refuses to tell us what it is like literally a child and ignores our many attempts to ask what it is and how to get it up. He's just a rude dickhead.

From start to finish, he was on top of things. He always gives you the schedule ahead of time and he's available any time of day and always gets back to you if you leave a message or the office is also available. Josh and his crew were wonderful from demolition, to the carpenter and installers, the plumbers, electrician, and the granite installers, are all professionals. They're dependable, come on time, and clean up after themselves. Any person who he has recommended to us has been excellent and does an amazing job. Josh also checked in continuously on the progress of the renovation. He's honest, very fair, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use his company again, and I actually have since they already handled a mold remediation and a bathroom renovation. I couldn't be happier with our exquisite bathroom. Thank you, Josh, and all your great guys, for doing such a beautiful job!!!

I have CIRS which is myotoxin illness. We had mold in our HVAC system and my home was making me…read morevery sick. We reached out to Josh and he had never heard of CIRS before. The inspector who came to my house spent time with Josh to go over what needed to be done. We hired ECO to do the job of particle cleaning, replacing all of our duct work and sealing up the ceiling and vents after the ducts were installed. Based on the experience we had and in our honest opinion, we would not recommend Eco Restoration and Construction. Josh Shon lacks the compassion, involvement and knowledge of mold illness as well as how to manage a project. Communication and transparency are also a huge concern with this company. Josh, Anna and his team are extremely unprofessional, combative and defensive. Josh and his office made a stressful situation even more stressful for us. We were told this would be a two week job. However, during the job, Josh made several requests for payment outside of the agreed upon timeline in the contract that we all signed and stated that the terms of the contract no longer worked for them. When these payments outside of the agreed upon terms were not made, he withheld work from being done. Workers did not show up for days at a time and communication with them was extremely combative. He then said we were withholding money from them, so we did send more money so the job would continue. We paid a significant amount upfront before the job even started. They are extremely difficult to work with. Josh is also not as involved in projects. He leaves that to his office who communicate with you via text or phone calls. Josh rarely checks up on jobs, therefore it delays the jobs because no one knows what's going on or needs to be done. At the end of the project, they were to put texture back on our ceiling. They used the wrong texture and it looked awful. We let them know and sent pictures. Josh's response was, "Texture will never match, we blended it then best we could , as we told you this is patching." We sent a video of it and then the office agreed to send workers back, at this point, we didn't want Josh and his team to finish the job as we had a very uncomfortable and again combative interaction with Josh and his wife in our home when we let them know we were not happy with how the job has been going. They also didn't finish a few items that were left on the "punch list " that Josh made. There were several more instances. They also have it in their contract that you cannot post about them on any social media channels without their approval. This is not the company to work with especially if you are dealing with any health issues.

There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

My wife and I were fortunate--on our second attempt--to find Excell Tile, and even more fortunate to work with our salesperson, Lucas, and the rest of their outstanding team. Excell handles complete renovations, but for our project we hired them for their specialty: installation. Ours was a substantial 2,000-square-foot project involving the removal and disposal of old engineered wood flooring, as well as the replacement of tile on two balconies. Their team then installed soundproofing, new engineered hardwood flooring, balcony tile, and baseboards throughout our home. The process began with a prompt and accurate measurement of the space, followed by a clear, detailed, and very competitive proposal. I had done my homework and felt comfortable accepting it immediately. Excell also prepared all the required documentation for our condominium association and handled the filing process for the City of Delray Beach permit. That alone removed a great deal of stress and made the entire project much easier for us. From beginning to end, the Excell team was professional, dependable, organized, and completely focused on the job. Our project manager Fabrizio and his team were hardworking, talented, and committed to delivering quality results. Fabrizio stayed in constant communication, regularly sending us photographs and videos so we always knew exactly how the work was progressing. I highly recommend Excell Tile to anyone looking for hardwood flooring or tile installation in South Florida. They offer excellent workmanship, reasonable pricing, outstanding service, and--most importantly--people you can trust inside your home. Finding a company like this is not easy. We are extremely pleased that we found them.
