I did my due diligence and researched as much as I could find and took 4 quotes from a select group of contractors. I had my personal favorite on who I hoped would win the bid. I got my way! While Terra Pavers was not the lowest bid they also were not the most expensive. I went back to my research and mirrored the pros and cons of several bids; ultimately, Terra Pavers won the job. We went down to their vendor to look at samples and placed our order. Little did we know that there would be a supply issue that would set all paver companies back months. No one's fault, just is what it is. Damn COVID to Hades and back, better yet just stay in Hades and don't come back! Through the waiting process, Terra Pavers got permits approved (no small feat in my little community) and we waited on pavers. During the wait, the Customer Service Manager Janette maintained contact periodically and occasionally Javier (engineer) would check in to let me know they are trying to press but they too are waiting for pavers on ALL jobs. Fast forward... Finally, they arrived. Let the fun begin! Day 1 all old pavers picked up and moved to the side. They brought in sand and leveled the area tamped it down and then rechecked level. Day 2 crew arrives with pavers in tow. Over the course of the day these guys worked like mad and literally were ~90% done at days end. Day 3 smaller crew arrives and they finish up all detail work. They took away all debris and there was NOTHING to clean up when they left. The job they did literally surpassed my highest expectations... as well as when the city comes out to do the final inspection in the permit... they were commenting on the extra touches and attention to detail the company took. They literally cut the pavers on a curve going around the pool with a 15 inch wide blade. I didn't even know that was possible! Can't beat that in my book! Oh, and did I say how incredibly fabulous the pavers look and the top tier workmanship? My backyard is now beautiful! I would highly recommend Terra Pavers and and would like to thank them for their professionalism and incredible work!

There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

We had obtained a couple quotes previously but no one was very optimistic about fixing it. Within a day and a half Josh had built a super sturdy support structure that not only stabilized the whole bar, but made it look a lot more sleek and modern. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

I would have the original installer make the repairs, but they went out of business because of their lack of quality. The scope of work was the remove a double gate and install a single gate. They were quick with the quote and the pricing was decent so we went to with them without getting a second or third quote. This is my bad. They came on a Saturday to do the installation. Instead of following the slope of the ground, they did a step down. It's not that bad as it was just an inch. When I went to inspect the work, they had a different latch system and a different hinge system for the new gate. Why they did not use the old one is beyond my understanding. I told them that I at least needed to old latch installed as it was a Sumo system and I already had the key. Last hung I wanted is to have different locks/keys for my fencing. They did not have to tools and said they would come back at a later date. Instead additional, the new fence had a gap and the new gate had a gap with the ground. Not a little gap, but a large enough gap that our 17 pound dog could climb under. So they decided that the right fix was to hack up some of the old fence and use brackets to attach to the bottom of the fence and gate. I wonder if they would accept the same "quality" of work had this been their own house. I think that is the problem, they did not have ownership. Anyway, they installed the old lock but guess what...it does not lock. The rod that goes between the inside latch and outside latch is too short. Now this was too short from the previous install, so it is not their fault. However, again, had they checked it and verified it, they could have told me that either a new rod of new latch is required. Nope. In addition, they drilled / screwed some many holes because of the mixup that now my brand new fence and brand new gate still looks like crap. I was told that tooth paste can easily fill the holes. So sad. If I were you and you weee looking for a decent fencing company, I would use them as a comparison for pricing, but nothing more. By the way, I am going ti fix it all myself. I guess the saying is true that if you want something done right....

We added screens and handles to the outside sliders and we're told screens come with the windows. We were told 8 weeks for delivery but that went way over with out any follow up from anyone there. I had to call 5 to 6 times just to hear I will call you back and they never did. When the team came out for the installation. Not a single piece of furniture was covered up. Dust covered my home from top to bottom. I just wanted them out when they were done so I could spend the next few days cleaning up after them. There were two broken screens, the doors are installed backwards and 5here are no handles on the outside sliders. I have been calling and calling and Evin will not return my call and they are telling me I have to pay $600 more for the correct screens that they miss ordered.

Be aware that this company only sells the hardware, the install and painting they farm out to 3rd parties, I had issues with the paint after a few month, painter ghosted me even though he gave me a 5 Years warranty. One of my door handles started to come loose. It took 2 months to schedule an appointment for technician to come out with a dose calls and many missed appointments. When he finally showed up the technician came with a small Allen wrench and told us the screw is stripped and he would have to cut off the handle to replace with new. It would cost $1000 nor under warranty because the screw is stripped. I called the store at least a dozen times, no call back was ever received and they also ghosted me. This place has no interest in doing anything but sell the doors and hardware, they don't care about their customers at all. STAY AWAY!
