I was helped by an employee named Denzil (I think I'm spelling that right) and he was not only exceptionally knowledgeable he was very patient and stuck with me for probably 35 minutes as I asked all sorts of questions because as I said - I have no clue what I'm doing. He demonstrated several leather craft skills for me and checked to make sure I was picking up the correct things I needed and that a couple kits I decided to buy had all the needed parts. The cobbler carefully measured the length they needed to be. These are those belts that are ribbon on a woven background-- the American flag,university colors, etc. He will shorten the belts and hand sew the leather back on. Price Was very reasonable. Will be taking more belts to him to be shortened. Remember: if you are rude and demanding, that's likely what you will receive in return. Politeness is lacking these days.
