In the meantime, when I got back to my car and tried to start it, the battery died and when I went back to the office and asked for a battery jumper, the attendant told me we don't have one. Imagine an auto service shop that doesn't have a jumper. I think he wouldn't give me one because I gave him feedback that they shouldn't book appointments that they don't intend to honor. Rude and unprofessional and unhelpful mechanic. I ended up having yo walk home (1.7 miles each way) to get my battery pack jumper. I only considered them because they sent a flyer to my home advertising their services and discounts they offered to lure new customers. Well you lost a customer by your unprofessionalism.
