I never even looked elsewhere because right from the beginning he was quick to respond at all hours (even sometimes in the evenings and on weekends) and was there for me every step of the way and I really trusted him and his guidance. Tommy even honored a discount that was being offered through an employer discount program as well as get me a competitive rate, which I really appreciated. Since this was my first mortgage, I had numerous questions but Tommy, Carla and the rest of his team were always available to answer them and also explain it in basic terms so I could actually understand it.
