We've tried other mortgage companies or lenders and Steve Fitzpatrick is by far the easiest and most enjoyable professional to work with. From the first time we worked with him on a loan back in 2019, he made the process so smooth we didn't realize that the process was over - in other words, we thought it was going to be MUCH more of a headache and stressful than it was. Steve took care of everything start to finish so we didn't have to stress. We are so grateful for all his help and walking us through that first mortgage experience. Now we are working with him AGAIN on a new home and once again, we are so impressed!!! Highly recommend Steve and BEST Mortgage to anyone who wants to take the headache out of getting a mortgage, experience a streamlined process start to finish AND get the best advice in the industry! He always had solutions ready when we needed it most. Go to Steve!!!

I never even looked elsewhere because right from the beginning he was quick to respond at all hours (even sometimes in the evenings and on weekends) and was there for me every step of the way and I really trusted him and his guidance. Tommy even honored a discount that was being offered through an employer discount program as well as get me a competitive rate, which I really appreciated. Since this was my first mortgage, I had numerous questions but Tommy, Carla and the rest of his team were always available to answer them and also explain it in basic terms so I could actually understand it. It was so easy to submit all of my required documents and they kept me informed about the status throughout the whole process.
