I never contacted this company and when I called the phone number this agent stated he had my information and would use it to secure a loan for me for my home as a refinance with a 7 percent rate and a new mortgage amount of 2400 a month. I am currently on a 2.9 percent rate locked a payment of 1195 a month. Who in their right mind would double the payment ? This is a scam and please be aware of these savage shark predatory lending scams. Conrad Myers I hope this is a teaching moment for you and your staff preying on consumers. It was only when the process was getting really bad that he stepped in. In addition, he selected a lender for me that he had never worked with before, Roman did not know that they did not service 30 yr loans which is what I wanted nor did he fight for me to remove the escrow account. Consequently, my loan was sold immediately. Roman indicated that it would be no problem asking the new lender to remove the escrow account. The new lender has refused citing documentation it received from the initial lending company. Not only was Roman inept and uninformed, he was part of the over 3 month debacle that this loan process required. He did get the lender to reduce some fees and Roman did pay for some of my notary fees; however, overall I would give Roman a poor rating. Buyer beware. Roman came to me via a referral and turned out to be the worst loan experience. Costly, inept, uninformed. DO NOT USE!!!

When we expressed shock that he would be so forthcoming when it didn't benefit him, he simply said that doing right by us would bring us back to his company in the future if we ever need another loan.
