What a surprise! First, Dr. Silberman explained every step of what he intended to do and was so kind and gentle. Not one thing hurt! Not even one twinge of pain and the bridge was not damaged!! He let me know every step of the way what was going on and when I left, I felt I had been so well taken care of that I was embarrassed to have been so fearful. Everyone in the office of Rancho Endodontics is super friendly and nice and they made me feel reassured from the moment I walked in. She told me my deep cleaning wasn't approved yet and scheduled for a repair and when I showed up, it was backwards. Sometimes they're just necessary. My first experience with Dr. Sherman was during an emergency when my own dentist wouldn't do the procedure, and that's how I found him. More recently, I had another root canal that wasn't an emergency, but still came with plenty of stress. I brought my headphones and listened to relaxing music while Dr. Sherman did his magic.
