Despite needing an extra shot, he was very happy with Dr. Springmann, reporting nothing but care, patience, and professionalism. When he said no they would not do a regular cleaning. They would not do a cleaning on me because I could not tell them the name of the antibiotic my knee surgeon gave me. I took it before I left home and the I didn't have the bottle with me. This is not the first time I've had to take an antibiotic before dental work and have never had anything as outrageous as this happen to me before. In the past we always had very pleasant people to deal with. NOT this time!!
