I found this office on Google at 4:30 PM in the evening. I called them and I told them what was happening. They asked me to come right over and the doctor stayed back and re-cemented my crown everybody there was so helpful and so kind. What a caring Office. If I lived in the area I would've been going there for my regular care but I called 5 offices before I called them, and no one was willing to see me last minute at that time. They used to be very personable - Now the staff and dentists dart in and out of the exam rooms like baggage handlers. The front desk had the nicest folks, who knew your name, knew your family, and would have pleasant banter about your dental situation - now they are as friendly as the clerk at a bus station ticket window. Today I called to make an appointment, the very bland desk worker comes back on the phone and says, "It's been too long since you had your last cleaning...you are now considered a new patient...and we're not accepting new patients". Translation: Take a hike, mister. How about that. When Shuck first opened his doors, my family was there. He had so few patients, that I could call at 9am and be in his chair at 10am. My whole family were onboard AND we referred numerous others. NOW I am a "NEW PATIENT that cannot be accepted now or ever". It's a new year. Me and my family are moving on. All referrals will be pointing in a different direction.

It felt like I was visiting family. For me he is perfect. I trust him completely. He has a good gentle touch but strong. His diagnosis is complete with options. Under the circumstances today with COVID they are operating safely. All have been given their first round of vaccine and have their schedule for the second.
