I will never go back to his office and recommend anyone with anxiety to avoid this dentist. He is incredibly unprofessional with his staff and patients.

I had one completed but due to their shady billing practices I canceled the other 2. In early 2020 I returned to my dentist in Alexandria, Va and he couldn't figure out why I needed crowns. Four plus years later and I still don't need those other 2 crowns but I've been in twice outside of regular cleanings for the crown that Lightfoot installed as it keeps coming out. We're now just going to replace it cause the material Lightfoot used was subpar. I'm updating this review so that you're aware of the long term ramifications of their dangerous practices of upselling. I wish I had reported them to the dental board at the time. Shameful, just plain shameful.

When he said no they would not do a regular cleaning. They would not do a cleaning on me because I could not tell them the name of the antibiotic my knee surgeon gave me. I took it before I left home and the I didn't have the bottle with me. This is not the first time I've had to take an antibiotic before dental work and have never had anything as outrageous as this happen to me before.
