A borderline scam and extortionist company posing as evaluators. I would stay aware from this company at all costs. They have convinced many institutions that, in order to accept international credits they need to be "evaluated to American standards," but the standards, at least in my case, are a sham. They copy and paste the transcript (or a translation of one) and devalue the credits...all on the basis of broad generalizations rooted in your country's entire academic performance in the field you are majoring in. Their standards would be akin to a French institution only accepting a fraction of Harvard credits because there are community colleges in the US whose academic standards are less. You'd think that for a $350 evaluation of your hard earned work, they'd have the respect to put some effort into researching and evaluating the actual institution you went to. (To make matters worse, they wouldn't even look at my institutions schedule and curriculum when I offered it up for a second review...and have since refused to answer any emails). Save your money and avoid having to duplicate work you've already paid for and completed and find a university that accepts your credits...or find an evaluation company that will respect them. I received college credit in French Language from WES and from National University (San Diego). My current undergraduate school requires reports from ECE to accept foreign college work. ECE evaluated two transcripts one from Ireland and one from France. ECE correctly evaluated the transcript from Ireland, however incorrectly evaluated the transcript from France. ECE sent out the incorrect evaluation to my current school before contacting me the student, the U.S. based Study Abroad program (CEA) or the University based program in France (ICP). They did this even after providing them the English translation and access instructions on how to calculate credit and grade. ECE is just plain sloppy, impulsive and unnecessarily defensive of their sloppy work. Very difficult to work with as a student. Unreliable in their assessments, but eager to charge top dollar for incomplete work that has delayed the granting of my degree by more than 6 months. Hands down, the WORST evaluation service in the history of academic evaluation. Evaluated my degree as an equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in the US, when I did not meet any of the requirements. Absolutely not one requirement was met for my Jordanian Bachelor's degree to be considered an equivalent to a US Bachelor's degree (I worked at an American STATE UNIVERSITY). There isn't even an equivalent degree to mine in all of American universities. I am now having to take General Education classes (Gen Eds) because of that catastrophic mistake made by incompetent miscreants, and I cannot receive the most basic of financial aid, because according to these clowns, I am now seeking a second Bachelor's degree. I earned my MBA from an India university and I needed to have it evaluated. I considered ECE, WES and IERF. I checked a lot of colleges website and found that ECE was almost always among the list of recommended evaluators. I selected ECE because the evaluation cost was affordable and the process was less complicated than other evaluators. My evaluation took about 3 weeks to be completed, maybe would have been sooner, but they had to get further verification from my university. Once this was done, my report was completed in a week. I am very satisfied with ECE. My evaluation report stated that I had the equivalent of a bachelor's and master's in business administration from a regionally accredited institution in the United States. If you are reading these lines because you are in the process of choosing the best place to send your foreign credentials for evaluation: PLEASE USE ECE!!!!!!!! DO NOT use WES. Their customer service is terrible. They are extremely expensive, judgmental, their process is extremely lengthy and painful, and they will give you the weirdest evaluations such as "You have a minimum a Master Degree but it might be a PhD as well". What???? Again, If you need your foreign credentials evaluated fast and objectively ECE is the place to go. Customer service is excellent. I admit I was nervous about sending ECE the original diplomas but the process went extremely well. ECE is the biggest joke... the rating should be zero stars for its poor communication and illogical reasoning. To say a Bachelors degree of 3 years is not equal to a US degree is simply false - I graduated with my BA in the US in 3.5 years, so to say the requirement is 4-5 years is just wrong. I am now law student which requires a BA... so is my degree not valid under ECE's standards? Should I even be allowed in law school? As many BA degree programs in Austria are 3 years, basically if you are Austrian your degree is worthless and only equal to a US high school diploma. In other words, Austrians by this standard cannot ever study in the US for their Masters. Highly do not recommend using a company with rude employees and slow response times for all the money paid. I received my report last week and I'm absolutely satisfied with it! I read the reviews here before applying and was a little nervous but everything went great. On their website you can find very detailed information on what you need to do, which documents are needed, which documents should be original and which ones should be copies. I filled out the application as it said, put in all the schools I attended as it was required. After paying the fee I just put all the documents together and mailed it. In about the week the report was ready. A couple of days later i received it in my mail box. Both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Belarus were evaluated as equivalent to American ones which made me really happy. Good day, Very fast and Great Work I had a good experience with ECE, I need to do in evaluation for my High School transcripts the first one I chose to do it was WES I have 4 months waiting for the report until now they never tell me anything. My school sent me the link again and I chose ECE Oh my Gosh that was very awesome I submitted the appliction on the 04/20/21 and sent the documents in the same day , they received my documents on the 04/22/202. They started working on it, and on the 04/28/21 I received in email state my report is ready. They only took 4 Business days to do it. I sent my document for evaluation on the 19th of August. Today is 25th and it still shows the document has not been received. I'm on a deadline to submit this evaluation to be licensed by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. Again all forms of communication is just futile. You say you have live agents available from 9am to 4pm CST time which is the same time in Minnesota. I've called countless times yet the times are only repeated to me with no connection to an agent. May I know if this document has been received or not? And how many days it takes to evaluate because clearly the timeline given on the website won't work if my document has not even be received! read more

I was very nervous about which evaluator to use, since basically all of them have mixed reviews. Once I chose ECE, the process was very straightforward. They have very clear instructions both in written form and in video. Once a snag came up with my papers (from my side), they very quickly contacted me, even alowing some of the secondary info as digital files. Their evaluation was quickly done, even during last month's cold wave in North America were they had to delay for safety reasons. I just got my foreign education evaluated this month. I was initially so worried about this entire process since it involved sending my originals to them by mail. But to my relief, the process went very smoothly. The instructions were clearly stated in their communications and I was kept informed on the status regularly. They were always available on call and were very detailed and patient in providing information that I sought for. I have a degree from India and from London. Got all my degrees in France (DEUG, Licence, Maitrise, DESS in Electrical Engineering, MBA). I got from ECE the US equivalency stating that I have a Bachelor, Master in Engineering and MBA. Previously I went with IERF that only gave the equivalency of a Bachelor. No master on engineering and No MBA for them whereas my master of engineering has a common core program with Georgia Tech and my MBA from EDHEC Business School is ranked in the top 50 in world. I was really mad when I received the report from IERF. ECE made a better research and think that their equivalencies are more appropriate in my particular case. read more

It is not recommended at all The worst institution for evaluation, they have a stupid process and they have a concrete mind for evaluation. I had studied 4 years in bachelor and gotten the grade "Very Good" (in 100 scalings) then they simply have made evaluation for my certificate and given me the grade "Good" (in 4 scalings). There is no problem for them if you will lose your acceptance from the university only because they don't want to understand your concern. I'm super satisfied with their service. I placed an order on 11/24 and on 12/15 I received my evaluation with the original transcript (I paid for overnight delivery). There was one word that was misspelled wrong and they fixed it right away and mail it back to me with overnight delivery. Also, it is important to mention that I didn't have to pay for a transcript translation, because they let you do it yourself, you just need to keep the same format as the original document.
