We were told once we had the first lesson then we could schedule the rest. That was not the case. After the first lesson my daughter had to wait 5 weeks for the next available appointment and not because of our schedule-because of theirs. Now they tell me even though we started 7 months before my daughter's driving test that she may not get her 9 lessons in beforehand which is beyond ridiculous. Some kids need to drive out of necessity-not luxury. We can only schedule the next appointment once an appointment is finished. We were very clear on our expectations when we signed up. They are not upholding what they told us Now that I did a more thorough exam this company has low ratings-lesson learned. This tells me this company is greedy and are taking more clients than they can handle and don't care about the outcome.

And well they were pretty bad. The instructor did not even teach me basics of maneuvering. He just took me directly on the road and kept asking me to raise my speed. I agree roads have speed requirements but I'm a beginner driver so do you really think I'd be comfortable driving my first lesson in traffic? The instructor kept yelling and cursing at me. I get it, he's passionate or aggressive as he calls it, but maybe taking that tone with a learner isn't the best. In my fifth lesson the instructor asked me to parallel park without any instructions. And when I tried he said well you sucked. No doy sir! But did you teach me? No! I felt horrible cause I'm all alone here but being professional is not a thing I saw with this school.

(She was enrolled 2022 but she didn't get her permit till now, which is something the representative kept bringing that up not sure why. It doesn't matter if she enrolled 5 times as long she is ready and getting the knowledge of driving. That was rude of them bringing up her previous enrollment) So then the instructor gave her the signed form Wisconsin Driver License (DL) Application) to take to the DMV on December.12,2024 so she can get her permit because she's under 18 years old also the instructor told her she wouldn't have to come to class 12/13/24 on Friday because that's when all the students in class would take their permit test but since my daughter already passed her permit. She wouldn't need to be there. My daughter does need glasses prescribed and that took a while to get her into to see the optometrist and get her glasses and also needed a signed form (CERTIFICATE OF VISION EXAMINATION BY COMPETENT AUTHORITY) that the DMV gave her because she needs glasses to drive so while all that was going on her form expired that the instructor gave her because it's only good for 60 days from when the instructor signs it. I called Easy method and they said that she had missed Friday's class so she would have to make up for it or else they wouldn't give me another signed form and I told them plenty of times that the instructor told her she can miss on Friday because that day was for testing since my daughter already had passed her permit she wouldn't need to attend. They also had me send in proof that she passed her permit, which I don't know why they would need that when they should have that information that she passed her permit. They are rude and of course I did speak up for my daughter because it's not her fault that the instructor told her that she could miss. That is so unprofessional and why is it my daughter's fault. So they won't give her a new signed form (Wisconsin Driver License (DL) Application) avoid this place because they just argue and I won't recommend this school to anyone.. Missed lesson, juggling schedules, or trying to figure out the best fit for your swimmer? The staff will work with you to get your kid into the right class. While the lessons are only 30 minutes, the instructors make use of every single second of the time. Your lesson starts promptly (don't be late!). The staff is truly efficient. At the end of each lesson, the instructor comes to you the parent and lets you know what your child worked on during the lesson; what she did absolutely well and what she needs additional work on. This is done in an incredibly positive manner. Your child will feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of each lesson. As for the lessons: the small classes promote a trusting relationship between the student and instructor. Crucial with hesitant or new swimmers. Also, the pool is warm. No need to convince hesitant swimmers to engage in a lesson while they are freezing! My daughter is 12 and started swimming at 5. She started to seriously swim at 10 when she started at Swimtastic. This year, we enrolled in summer jam which was swimming every day for a week. We did a two-week session. I saw more improvement in those two weeks than in other 6-week programs. My daughter started her swimming journey at Swimtastic and absolutely loved it. We came back to Swimtastic to help her develop her technical skills. She still loves it. If your child (any age) needs to learn or just improve, I highly recommend lessons at the Waukesha Swimtastic.
