The staff at the office was very unprofessional and rude. Communication is horrible. My son came to me after his last driving lesson and stated that the driver smelled of marijuana and was acting weird. Be prepared to argue with the staff and to be given inaccurate information. If you are a parent looking for a reputable driving school please stay away from easy method!!!! read more

My daughter passed her permit at the DMV on 10/2024, so Easy method told me that she would have to do a refresher course which she did complete in December 2024. (She was enrolled 2022 but she didn't get her permit till now, which is something the representative kept bringing that up not sure why. It doesn't matter if she enrolled 5 times as long she is ready and getting the knowledge of driving. That was rude of them bringing up her previous enrollment) So then the instructor gave her the signed form Wisconsin Driver License (DL) Application) to take to the DMV on December.12,2024 so she can get her permit because she's under 18 years old also the instructor told her she wouldn't have to come to class 12/13/24 on Friday because that's when all the students in class would take their permit test but since my daughter already passed her permit. She wouldn't need to be there. My daughter does need glasses prescribed and that took a while to get her into to see the optometrist and get her glasses and also needed a signed form (CERTIFICATE OF VISION EXAMINATION BY COMPETENT AUTHORITY) that the DMV gave her because she needs glasses to drive so while all that was going on her form expired that the instructor gave her because it's only good for 60 days from when the instructor signs it. I called Easy method and they said that she had missed Friday's class so she would have to make up for it or else they wouldn't give me another signed form and I told them plenty of times that the instructor told her she can miss on Friday because that day was for testing since my daughter already had passed her permit she wouldn't need to attend. They also had me send in proof that she passed her permit, which I don't know why they would need that when they should have that information that she passed her permit. They are rude and of course I did speak up for my daughter because it's not her fault that the instructor told her that she could miss. That is so unprofessional and why is it my daughter's fault. So they won't give her a new signed form (Wisconsin Driver License (DL) Application) avoid this place because they just argue and I won't recommend this school to anyone.. We schedule lessons and the instructors do not show up. This is the third time this has happened and it is unacceptable. These are teenagers (18-19) that pay for transportation to get to the meeting site and then have to pay to get back home from it. How hard is it to operate a driving school that you cannot seem to keep track of appointments or people. And if your instructors are unreliable, find new ones. Preferably nicer ones who actually respect other people's time and money. read more

I want to give Easy Method 5 stars for their understanding, professionalism and timelines while working with our family. My daughter was signed up to begin drivers ed and a sudden move caused her to be unable to attend and complete the course as we are moving out of state. Easy Method, without hesitation, was kind and considerate and refunded almost the entire amount back to us and I couldn't be more grateful as we need to use it towards drivers ed in another state. South Milwaukee office VERY disorganized. Do not book through this company. Multiple last minute cancellations by the "instructors " then next appointment they offer is 1.5 months later. My child should have all his classes done by now, only has 2 completed because they have no instructors and the instructors they do have cancel. I asked for money back so we could go to different driving school, they refuse. Been waiting almost a year to get these classes completed, the manager does not call me back, I have to keep calling to get in contact with Deb? manager. DO NOT use this company! I just got back from my first lesson with Easy Method and I have to say, it went better than I expected. I had Ms. Jones as my instructor and I would recommend her to anyone thinking of going through behind the wheel with this school. She's calm, cool, very informative, and just does an all around good job at teaching how to drive! She answered any questions I had to the best of her ability, and I liked that. I had the one hour lesson for 50$ and it was worth it in my opinion. There's also a package for roughly 200$ for 4 lessons. We drove on the back roads for the first part so we could get a feel for how I was doing. She taught me how to turn properly, stop at stop signs, the difference between controlled and uncontrolled intersections and so on. When I got more comfortable we went out onto the main roads a little bit which I actually did okay with! I would definitely recommend Easy Method. I know I've read some reviews on this place that weren't so good, but it goes to show you have to try it for yourself to get a real opinion. This is just my experience. read more

My son had a ride older man for the instructor. He was so rude and mean I had called to complain. Yet the rest of his driving times he had the same rude man. So my complaint was not addressed. Do not use this school. Classroom portion is only watching videos while the instructor is playing on his phone. The behind the wheel sessions are cancelled by the instructor, then they call and demand to reschedule the appointment, I said "I'm at work I'll have to call you back when I can look at my calendar" and SHE GOT LOUD AND RUDE WITH ME. My co-worker overheard her and was absolutely shocked at her tone. You can't schedule multiple sessions at once, you complete one session, then they let you schedule the next one, usually with a 30 day wait. The best part is my daughter finished her lessons, took her road test and passed, and then the DMV told us the school hadn't transmitted her completion to them yet, so she can't get her license issued. I've gotten nothing but run around and attitude from the school when I contact them and ask if they submitted it yet. "It'll be Monday," On Monday it's "it'll be Tuesday," on Tuesday it's "it'll be Thursday....." Go ANYWHERE else but here. read more

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered!!! They rescheduled every single one of my daughter's driving classes, and each time it was a month or more later!!! It took over six months to complete six hours of instruction!!! Not to mention that each 2 hour class (1 driving/1 observation) was cut short by the instructor who ran personal errands on company time!!! Then they held her completion ransom for a $40 fee for missing a class that they had rescheduled!!! The instructor rides the passenger brake, giving the student no opportunity to learn, and yells "FAIL" for every little mistake!!! Horrible company!!! Do not send your child here!!! read more

The lessons seem to be going well but the business is a bit of a scam. They make you pay in advance for all your behind-the-wheel sessions but you have to schedule them one by one. (finish a lesson, schedule the next one) No big deal right? Yeah, I had noticed my son's lessons were getting less frequent. Now they can't schedule his next lesson for an entire month. An entire month. He is going to just barely scrape under the deadline for finishing by the state deadline. When I inquired I was assured that "this is how a business is run" and that I should understand that this is OK. She assured me that they need to make money and to make money they book more students than they can accommodate. I was told I was unreasonable to question this system. Not a good experience for my daughter. Instructor on first session did not have a working seatbelt in the vehicle. Day we tested our completion of the sessions were not recorded in the DMV database, had to wait to get license issued until they completed that. Blamed that on us. I called prior to testing to be sure everything was set. Not very organizied, would not recommend. read more

Business is a bit of a scam. I bought a gift of 2 lessons for grandson, he became ill and was not able to move forward to drive. I did not sign, non was told about refund policy. Company still would not give refund, or allow a credit to give to someone else as a gift. I will never recommend this company. Customers please beware!! read more

Total unprofessional they will keep telling you that you are driving great until the time come for the test. The one-day days before they will call you and tell you that you are not ready and need more classes. this happen with my wife continues 4 time even before 4th appointment I talked to instructor and she said she is ready than she schedule 1 more class before test. After that class she left ( instructor name is Miss Bee) happily but than got call after 1 hour that we don't feel you ready and need more class. BTW using this way they have schedule over 25 class for my wife. They are totally unprofessional and just want to make money ( acting like they are DMV) read more
