She took her road test maybe 3 months after finishing the course( had to split the time behind the wheel with about 3 other students) and she also practiced with mom. Failed the 1st time by things that maybe sitting with the instructor with more time she would have gotten right.. (unnecessary hesitation at uncontrolled intersections) driving too SLOW.. etc. Until someone told us to pay for a mock test and maybe another lesson with "Mr T". Said and done! He was great! She passed and he even came out super early to get her ready for the test! Amazing instructor, who got her ready in just 2 days!

And well they were pretty bad. The instructor did not even teach me basics of maneuvering. He just took me directly on the road and kept asking me to raise my speed. I agree roads have speed requirements but I'm a beginner driver so do you really think I'd be comfortable driving my first lesson in traffic? The instructor kept yelling and cursing at me. I get it, he's passionate or aggressive as he calls it, but maybe taking that tone with a learner isn't the best. In my fifth lesson the instructor asked me to parallel park without any instructions. And when I tried he said well you sucked. No doy sir! But did you teach me? No! I felt horrible cause I'm all alone here but being professional is not a thing I saw with this school.

I'm very disappointed with this driving school. My daughter started lessons with this company…read more The instructor was nice but the scheduler at the company is very rude. We were told once we had the first lesson then we could schedule the rest. That was not the case. After the first lesson my daughter had to wait 5 weeks for the next available appointment and not because of our schedule-because of theirs. Now they tell me even though we started 7 months before my daughter's driving test that she may not get her 9 lessons in beforehand which is beyond ridiculous. Some kids need to drive out of necessity-not luxury. We can only schedule the next appointment once an appointment is finished. We were very clear on our expectations when we signed up. They are not upholding what they told us Now that I did a more thorough exam this company has low ratings-lesson learned. This tells me this company is greedy and are taking more clients than they can handle and don't care about the outcome.

(She was enrolled 2022 but she didn't get her permit till now, which is something the representative kept bringing that up not sure why. It doesn't matter if she enrolled 5 times as long she is ready and getting the knowledge of driving. That was rude of them bringing up her previous enrollment) So then the instructor gave her the signed form Wisconsin Driver License (DL) Application) to take to the DMV on December.12,2024 so she can get her permit because she's under 18 years old also the instructor told her she wouldn't have to come to class 12/13/24 on Friday because that's when all the students in class would take their permit test but since my daughter already passed her permit. She wouldn't need to be there. My daughter does need glasses prescribed and that took a while to get her into to see the optometrist and get her glasses and also needed a signed form (CERTIFICATE OF VISION EXAMINATION BY COMPETENT AUTHORITY) that the DMV gave her because she needs glasses to drive so while all that was going on her form expired that the instructor gave her because it's only good for 60 days from when the instructor signs it. I called Easy method and they said that she had missed Friday's class so she would have to make up for it or else they wouldn't give me another signed form and I told them plenty of times that the instructor told her she can miss on Friday because that day was for testing since my daughter already had passed her permit she wouldn't need to attend. They also had me send in proof that she passed her permit, which I don't know why they would need that when they should have that information that she passed her permit. They are rude and of course I did speak up for my daughter because it's not her fault that the instructor told her that she could miss. That is so unprofessional and why is it my daughter's fault. So they won't give her a new signed form (Wisconsin Driver License (DL) Application) avoid this place because they just argue and I won't recommend this school to anyone.. Unfortunately I have to give it 1 star so my experience can post

Saying I was too slow and, I was lacking of confidence, what I felt totally the opposite. Well, if I was bad after all the lessons he gave me, he was the bad instructor and not me, cause I was only a reflection of what his instructed me. I wouldn't recommend him as an instructor.

I paid in full for a six‑lesson driving program for my son, and only one lesson was ever provided…read more During that first lesson, the instructor accused my son of violating their cologne/perfume policy -- even though he wasn't wearing any. He had simply showered. Meanwhile, the instructor used a strong‑scented hand sanitizer inside the car, which made the accusation even more unreasonable. My son left that first lesson feeling uncomfortable, and things only went downhill from there. When we needed to reschedule the second lesson, I gave a 22‑hour notice -- nearly a full day in advance. Instead of handling a simple scheduling change professionally, the instructor was dismissive and unwilling to have any real conversation. There was no attempt to communicate or problem‑solve. It was just rigid rules, demands, and inflexibility. At one point, the instructor even ignored me as the parent and tried to pressure my child directly, which is completely unacceptable. From the start, the company found every possible way to nitpick, shift blame, and position themselves to charge additional fees or keep payment. They later dropped my son from the program by mischaracterizing my behavior. I was direct because of how I was being spoken to -- but I was not hostile. Their version of events simply doesn't match what actually happened. Despite providing only one of the six lessons I paid for, they refuse to refund the remaining five. They've avoided the refund request entirely and continue to deflect responsibility rather than address the fact that they terminated the lessons and are now keeping payment for services they chose not to provide. The worst part is the impact on my son. He was so uncomfortable with the instructor's demeanor that he no longer wants to take lessons with any driving school. He's decided to wait until he turns 18 rather than risk another experience like this. Future customers should be aware of how this business operates. They enforce rules inconsistently, escalate minor or invented issues, and avoid accountability when challenged. My experience is not unique -- other reviewers describe the same rude communication, inconsistent policies, and punitive fees. I fully expect the company to respond by deflecting blame, as they do with nearly every critical review. Their response will speak for itself.
