When I asked him to come to my new house and take care if the landscaping, again things moved much, much slower. Getting them out to start and finish was a labor. There was a small amount to be finished and Ted promised he would be out the next day to finish, so I paid the final amount due. Boy am I an idiot. That was a month ago and despite numerous phone calls and text messages, it remains unfinished. Don't hire them unless you feel the need to be frustrated.

End of March I spoke with owner Ted and hired his company to trim eight palm trees (7 in front yard…read more& 1 in back) based on their quote of $495 and with understanding they would not be able to use any lift equipment to reach the back tree. A crew arrived a few days later as agreed and trimmed the front trees. They tried to take their lift equipment to the back and a neighbor stopped them explaining the issue. The crew left without trimming the back tree. About 9pm that night the owners father arrived to collect payment. I discussed with him the issues regarding the back tree and he stated they would return in a couple of days to take care of that tree. I wasn't convinced but I did write a check for full payment of $495. I made note on the memo line that 7 trees complete- 1 tree to be done. He left with the check and a few days later the check cleared my account. I waited about three weeks and still no one returned. I then tried calling owner from my cell. No answer. Then I immediately called him from a different number and he answered. He told me he hadn't forgotten my tree and he was trying to do it when he had work again in my area. He said he had a job coming up near me at the end of that week or beginning of following week. That would be about last week of April. As of today June 1st no one has shown to trim the tree they were paid to trim nor have I received the money back for that remaining tree. I DO NOT recommend this company for any services!
