The…read morefirst time was a month or so ago when I needed some keys made because the copies I had made at Home Depot didn't work. They made them at Roger's for half the price and they worked, and nice guys too. So last week when I needed to change out a commercial door latch for the back door of a downtown building on first Street, I went to Roger's. I had pictures of the door latch and they had exactly what I needed. They even opened up the box and showed me exactly how to install it, multiple times. He had me confident enough that when I I got back to the job, it only took about 5 minutes before I had the old latch off and the new one on. Made my job super easy. So today, same customer needed me to change out the front door keyed latch because of problems with a former employee . So I went back to Roger's, prepared to buy another door keyed latch, they asked if I had the key to the front door latch, I did and they said that I could just change the keyed cylinder instead of the whole door latch, saving me about a hundred dollars. As before, a different employee walked me thru the whole process enough that again when I got back to the job, I was able to change the cylinder out in a couple of minutes. The guys at Roger's saved me time and money!!!

I called in at 10 30, "I will check on them", at noon, "I will check on them, they are supposed to be there", duhhhh. Finally, the digger shows up, he has no clue where the shelter is, but he digs the hole, and the shelter shows up a bit later. A 2-hour job consumed my entire day. So this is just a sales yard, the installers work for the shelter manufacturer and install for many retailers. As for the shelter-they have cheapened. What used to be a rotating turbine vent is now a fixed, passive vent. And the door handle, which previously was of a very nice, sturdy, easy to open design, is now a cheap RV lock, and NOT as PICTURED on their website, I want the heavier handle like another reviewer indicated. If you can't get the handle as pictured, you NOTIFY the customer ahead of time, don't just send it out and hope for the best......Len was of no help after the sale was made.

So, there I was, suddenly taking over the family business and along with that, inheriting a…read morecommercial building, that suffice to say, was left in a world of hurt. Among the many things that needed to be addressed was having the locks changed. After a brief search and a few quotes, I came across Noam and Ami. These 2 kind of work as a tag team, quite the efficient one at that. Ami did a great job re-key my door locks. But this review isn't about Ami's performance. So, let's talk about Noam, Ami's tag team partner. One lock in particular that Ami re-keyed was on a door that had a damaged panic bar on the other side of it. This resulted in the key not functioning properly on it. Ami informed me that the cost of replacing the panic bar could run $700 and up, but stated that he knew a guy that could fix it, and that if there's any way to save having to replace the panic bar, he'll find it. Ami made a call and shortly thereafter, Noam showed up. Noam gave me a thorough briefing on the condition of the panic bar, what was wrong with it and how he could fix it. Within about half an hour to 45 minutes, Noam had the key functioning properly on the door with the once damaged panic bar good as new. And he only charged $85 to do it. But it didn't stop there. After that job, we conversed as I walked him to the front entry to exit the building and he observed an overhead door closer detached from the entry door. Noam took time out of his schedule to go to his vehicle and get the proper tools to properly install overhead door closer, free of charge. What more can you ask for? The work was sound and I was very much impressed. I highly recommend Noam and/or Ami for your rekeying/locksmith needs.
