This is the second time I have have used YELP, and both have been very successful. I chose KIP car detailing and despite getting off to a rough start which added an extra 1 1/2 hour to the time, and was not their fault in any way, they still did an amazing job inside and outside of detailing my car. My car is a white GMC SUV that hasn't been cleaned for 2 years and it was very badly in need of a detailing. When KIP finished with it, it looked like brand new. And yes,I did see one person turn and look at it go by! Their very reasonable price wise and do an outstanding job. Thank you.

Recently I had the misfortune of having my automobile 'not' detailed by this 'business'. They kept…read morethe car longer than expected because of rain. When I went to pick it up nothing was done worth the charge that they gave. I was assured the interior was washed wiped and detailed. There was residue all over the inside and outside of work not done. It was obvious that there was little if any attention to detail. The inside windshield was not wiped the outside rims were not cleaned the interior was almost entirely not washed down or cleaned. With so many other businesses around Jefferson that do good work, do not waste your time or money on a job that won't be done by these people. I have even filed a police report to recover my money.
