"Ben does good work over there" - - high praise from a man of few words :) I have to tell you Ben and his crew did not disappoint!! They really did bring my 2017 black on black Equinox back to her original glory! The Equinox has sat outside for the past 8 years so exterior was very faded. Having two cats at home + a teenager = the inside had seen better days. This did not stop Ben! He had it back to me in 24 hours and I swear somehow she just drives better! :) For a fair price too! Thank you Ben, we will definitely be back. Especially now that I see in other reviews you do tinting! See ya next time Ben!

Ben's Premier Detailing is the ABSOLUTE BOMB. In my opinion it cannot be topped. I took my sad…read more1998 Mazda truck... gravely neglected for years. I didn't have much hope for it but would have been pleased to have it cleaned and shiny. I had read Ben's reviews and had actually used their services years back just for a three year old car. Was pleased then so I remembered the job they had done. For the old truck I asked for a really good wash and shine and hoped they could make the very stained carpet look a little better. When I went to pick it up I was absolutely blown away. I thought it would have been impossible to see it so amazingly different. Not only was the exterior bright and shiny like a new penny but the interior was unbelievable. NO CARPET STAINS front and back of the inside. Even the tires looked AMAZING. I wish I could show before and after shots . You would not believe it. If you need an EXPERT detailing you must take it to BEN'S in Snellville. It is a little out of the way place and don't expect a bright shiny business facade, BUT the job they do is UNSURPASSED.

Auto Performance and Detailing has had my husband's 1985 Mustang T-Top since October 21, 2025. It…read moreis now March 2, 2026, and absolutely nothing has been done to this car. It has been sitting outside on Sean's property collecting dust and debris for over four months. Sean originally took on this project and told us that if he got backed up, Jay would step in to help get the car up and running. We were completely fine with that. However, without any clear communication, we suddenly found ourselves dealing only with Jay. Communication since then has been terrible. We receive no updates unless my husband repeatedly calls, texts, and pushes for answers. Each time we are told additional money is needed for parts or labor, my husband immediately withdraws the funds and pays them. In December, we were told an additional $2,000 was needed for labor just to get started. My husband withdrew the $2,000 and paid it, and we were told that would cover the remaining labor. Since then, nothing has been done. No labor. No progress. No updates. All the parts needed to rebuild the entire front end are there. The car has not been touched. Now we are getting the runaround. Jay does not respond to calls or texts, and Sean claims he has nothing to do with it -- yet the vehicle is still sitting on Sean's property, and Sean is the one who originally took on the project before passing it off. At this point, this feels like a complete scam. We have documentation, text messages, proof of payments, and photos posted on their Facebook page. This situation is beyond unacceptable. We do not recommend Sean or Jay for any projects in the Gwinnett, Winder, or Barrow County areas. We are prepared to pursue legal action to resolve this matter. This has been 100% ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
