While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

There was a 9-year-old's birthday party going on at the time, but there were easily 5 staff members working....it's just extremely disappointing to be a long-time customer and feel such apathy from their team. Anytime I am at Opry Mills, I always make time to swing by and wander through Old Navy. I have come to love their athleisure, socks and boxers. On my recent trip in I scooped up a few pair of socks and a pair of athletic joggers. The socks were on a buy one/get one sale, but the joggers were standard price, but still worth it. The store is clean, but can get quite disheveled on occasion, but honestly that is most Old Navy locations, and then you add in the Opry Mills crowds. There was one person manning the dressing rooms, another restocking and greeting in the front, and the rest of the staff was manned at the cash registers. It seemed that more staff may have fixed the issue. I deemed the sales worthy of a long wait in line. With the several items I had managed to find, it was going to be worth the wait to purchase. Perhaps if the line was not so painfully long and the store was better kept, it would be difficult to find many complaints.

Although there were only 3 customers in the store, no one greeted me, offered to help, or acknowledged me in any way. After carrying around several items for a while, I finally approached an associate and asked if I could have a fitting room. The associate said, "I guess I could do that." After trying on some items, I needed another size. I called and called for assistance but no one ever came. I left over $600 of items that I planned to purchase in the dressing room and walked out empty handed. No one even spoke to me as I left. In this economy and climate, I would have expected at least some customer service. Very sad since I loved my dress but I probably won't be back.

They have a great selection of shoes at discounted prices. From casual sandals, sneakers, boots to dressy shoes for a black tie affair, you can find it there, If you are lucky, you can find a pair of designer shoes at a real bargain. Tney have all sizes. Inventory changes frequently so stop by often. I needed some "bling" shoes for a sneaker ball event. I was able to find the Betsy Johnson bling sneakers for half the price I would have paid at the local department store. I also picked up a couple pair of sandals. It's their 75th store and 21st state, and we're happy to have them! Our family happens to be big fans of the store, having made the pilgrimage to their enormous flagship store in Freeport, Maine. Taking over the empty Forever 21 spot, Cool Springs is the perfect location for L.L.Bean with signage facing I-65 (free advertising) in a thriving shopping mall in affluent Williamson County where customers and superfans are sure to flock! It's just the right size for a mall location, offering all the clothing and shoes that make them great. I snagged two pairs of hiking socks and a comfortable shirt! They even have a small selection of outdoor furniture, fridge magnets (always looking for those), treats (like those amazing chocolate covered blueberries for which Maine is known), and other knickknacks. The employees have obviously been well trained by the lovable Mainers who came down to jumpstart the store. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being overbearing and intrusive during your shopping experience. It's exactly what you want in a staff. I look forward to many return visits!
