There was no telephone number to speak to someone about rectifying the problem so I sent multiple messages to customer service. Mind you this color did not match the party colors and time was running out. I finally received a message back stating that the color would change once it was put on the cake and the icing would turn it purple. I've used edible images for all of my girls birthday and never was that a thing. I asked them to resend in the correct color or even a blue and over night it. They sent one more message back telling me no. DO NOT purchase from this company solely based on their lack of customer service. They could have easily sent a new image and everyone would have been happy. But ignoring the situation put a bad taste in my mouth. If I could give zero stars I would. I Ordered an edible topper for a cake I was making for a family member. Never received it , they said it was delivered. I told them I did not receive it and their response was " that maybe a family member got the mail ,or to find my mail carrier and see if they can track it with gps". Who responds that way? But i expedited shipping on a banner that did not arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. This is my second time ordering a personalized cake topper from this bakery in FL. I ordered a minecraft themed one last year, half sheet size, and sonic the hedgehog themed this year, quarter sheet size. Both arrived within the shipping window indicated and intact and just as advertised/pictured. The "flavor" isn't anything to write home about and most kids ended up not eating the topper layer. What it lacks in taste is made up for by color and appeal of the topper design. Application to the cake right before serving worked out well. This company is a scam. They control the reviews on there website and delete bad ones. One of there employees stole my credit card info and started using it all over the place in Miami Florida and the surrounding states. It's now a month later and they're still trying to use the card even though I've changed the card number. The product is also terrible. It was super bitter and it came bigger then advertised. I had to purchase a 1/2 sheet cake to fit a "1/4" cake topper. The topper was too big for a 1/4 cake. The bakery put the topper on a cake that was not iced yet to test it and it was way over the edges. It didn't look awful in the end but I had to decorate all of the white on the cake so it didn't look stupid. One small tiny cake topper on a huge cake. When I asked for a refund they told me that their business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and I should have known that the order wouldn't go through until the next business day. They refuse to refund me my money. They only only put good reviews on their website. Which you can't add reviews because they block you. I spent extra money because when processing the order it said most same day delivery. It should say if ordered before 5 pm, Monday - Friday will have same day delivery.
