I'm writing this review after at least three attempts to communicate with his company, and I've given them plenty of time to respond. To absolutely no response. Perhaps they'll the respond this way. I've communicated with them in English and in Spanish, through email and in person, so I'm not sure what the reason for not getting back to me is. I'm so upset. Not only was the product terrible, and nothing like what we agreed on, but the service afterwards has been even worse. I'm going to attach my email in Spanish and will add explain in English in case they don't understand. Also I have attached pictures of the product we agreed on, what they gave me and the finished product that I had to fix and decorate myself. To try to make a long story shorter, I requested a specific cake, I emailed them a picture, they agreed, they gave me the price, $140, in person we agreed on the picture again, and some specifications, they again agreed, but what I received had no similarity. They gave me a bare cake with horrible writing (I asked for gold letters), crooked and uneven, I asked for tall tiers which they said they'd do and they didn't, and with what seemed to be damage and fingerprints on top that they tried to cover up terribly. And when I specifically asked them what happened to the macaroons, they said "oh, we don't do that here." And she walked away. Something they never informed me of throughout our whole time of communicating. I felt helpless, as it was my mother's 70th birthday, and the party was happening within hours and I had no choice but to take that with me. I was terrified and embarrassed to even show that cake. So I went to Publix to buy decorations to fix it myself. The purpose of me writing this is for them to be accountable, and so that no one else makes this mistake. The picture of the nice cake is what I showed them and what they had as a reference and they said they would do it. The only thing I asked them for was no flowers. And that pink thing is what they gave me. Do not use these people. They are irresponsible and careless. It was so bad, a guest at the party said to me "hey if you need someone to make you cakes, I know someone that makes very pretty ones." I was really embarrassed the whole night, hoping no one would even look at it. Heartbreaking, disrespectful experience. read more

We recently hosted a baby shower for our daughter and this was the bakery that provides the cake for the banquet hall. Upon visiting the location to taste their cakes, I learned that the hall only provides a plain white buttercream cake with ribbon & 5 buttercream flowers. I was a bit bummed because we had not budgeted extra since the cake was included in the price of the package from the hall. I did end up paying extra for the cake design that I wanted plus I brought in the flowers for the top. Because I did want it to look pretty. They are very friendly and helpful. The cake turned out beautifully. Above all, it was delicious. The cake itself was moist & fresh and the buttercream was yummy as well. We were all very happy with this cake. read more

Went to this bakery because it was the one the banquet hall has contract with but the owner is completely rude and unprofessional. I went to sample tasting and consultation. To my taste the 2 samples were extremely tooooo sweet and wet so I asked if there was a way not to make them sooo wet and sweet. However the owner came out telling insulted I said his cakes were too sweet for my taste. He stated how dare I say such a thing, In 12 years noone has ever said that. With his behavior I decided NOT to order my cake there and give my money to a more professional bakery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DONT WASTE MONEY HERE! Cake is dry and can't even say it's "alright". I couldn't even finish the sliver the banquet hall serves. Only went here because my banquet hall included it. I ended up having to put my decor on the cake myself at the party because they didn't even bother to check with me before delivering it the day of the party as to when I was taking the decor. read more

I also ordered a two tier cake the first tier was suppose to be rum and the second tier was suppose to be marble, the cake I got was all vanilla. Horrible. This was the cake shop preselected by the banquet hall where I had my babyshower last week. I took the time to buy special liners (gold and flowery pattern) for 100 cupcakes.On the day of the party only half the batch had the liners. The delivery guy made a bogus excuse about why half the batch did not have the liners. Upon inspection it quickly became apparent that the batch without my liners was stale cake. What they delivered to my event was old left over garbage. The guests left the cupcakes and it all ended up in the trash. HOW EMBARRASSING!!! I ordered 24 cupcakes for a baby shower using a Groupon. Although the bakery was very accommodating with my requests (they agreed to use the sprinkles and cupcakes liners I brought in, as well as pipe the frosting a certain way), they had very shoddy workmanship. When I picked up the order, they had not piped the frosting the way I requested, and they did a terrible job with the sprinkles. Some of the cupcakes hardly had any at all, others had too much and the ones that had the correct amount were not evenly distributed on the cupcake. Furthermore, when we picked up the cupcakes, they were in a large white pastry box instead of a proper plastic container with spacers that would keep the cupcakes upright and from bumping into each other. The end result was that when we opened the box, some of the cupcakes had tipped over and others were pressed up against one another, which damaged the frosting. Although the flavor and texture of the cupcakes was good, the sloppy execution and lack of attention to detail would prevent me from ordering from them again. read more
