If I could give this place zero stars I would!!! Went there today to pick up my order that I placed 2 weeks ago. I ordered the heartfelt delights Bakeshop box. It looks great on the website as the picture I attached shows. My box had only 4 tiny white, not even red strawberries, not 6 like the picture, the brownies were half the size of picture and did not even have the middle filling. The cheesecakes oh my word!! Honestly, if I could give this place negative stars or even zero I would NO hesitation. The portions are horrible I have ordered a few things from here and every time they are very small, looking nothing like the pictures. I ordered one of their arrangements and the kale actually had bugs in it, which got onto the fruit as well. One of the strawberries had mold on it, and the cantaloupe was VERY mushy. Don't even get me stated on the manager. He is just plain rude. Not professional at all as he proceeded to yell at me on the phone when I told him about what happened with my order. The atmosphere of this store is overall just not great, I wouldn't be surprised if the kitchen was dirty and the people in there working (and preparing our food!!!!) were also dirty (hence the bugs in the fruit as they probably don't care to properly was anything.) I made a last minute order late in the evening last night for a next day delivery for my MIL's birthday. I've had some bad luck with other Edible Arrangement locations so called in the morning to make sure the order was received and it was actually going to be delivered that day. The gentlemen on the phone was very kind and let me know that they received the order on their end and everything looked good to go. Not even an hour later I find out my MIL would be leaving early in the afternoon (by 2pm). I had no idea when this delivery would occur so I call back and the same gentlemen explained to me, very reasonably, that he could not guarantee the delivery time because of the busy weekend orders (Super Bowl and Vday) and he could only say that it would be delivered today some time between 11-6. I told him I completely understood and asked if there was any chance I could cancel and he said no because the arrangement was already made (impressive as this was all before 9am). I was not mad at all, none of this last minute change is their fault. But he seemed to feel bad and before I could hang up, asked for my name again and said he would make a note for the order and hopefully the delivery people would be able to accommodate. While I was at work I got voicemail at 12:37 letting me know the order was on the truck for delivery and then a text at 12:45 that the order was en route to the delivery address. It was great. I ordered from this place for a gift for my wife's birthday and this has to be the absolute worst service I've ever received in the world. The website offered free delivery which I called to ask about, the lady who picked the phone was nice but needed to clear with her boss who first of all cursed at her which I could hear over the phone (employee abuse) he then comes on and starts yelling at me saying they won't give the advertised free delivery to calabasas. (Although they deliver to Woodland Hills ) so I have to pay $15 for delivery. I asked questions about this and got yelled at some more ultimately being called a child. Because it was for my wife, I left it.. calmed down and paid the insane shipping price. I finally got the delivery and it was not anything like it looked like on the website. First time trying this place. I ordered for my wife and I for our fourth anniversary (tradition is fruit and flowers). Pros: 1. Super easy order (a month in advanced). 2. Contactless delivery. They made sure we were home and left it for us at the door. In fact, we missed our delivery the first time because we went to the beach on a whim. They called us and said they can try again at 4pm. This might not be standard procedure, but I am so happy that they went above and beyond! 3. Juicy, delicious, and beautiful. We are keeping the tin that it came in as well. My mom ordered an arrangement, The Birthday Wishtini, for her brother's 60th birthday yesterday. She hasn't seen him in a year, and was excited to surprise him with this. Was told she would get a confirmation email when it went out, OR if something went wrong. Nothing was ever delivered. Nothing was ever emailed. Upon discovering this, she called them today upset. The gentlemen basically said we can give you a refund, or deliver it today and apologize. You'd think they would bust their balls to get it out ASAP, and still offer a delivery. Placed an order for Mother's Day for pick up at noon. Order was not ready in time and we were missing items- they told us to come back after 2 hours which was not possible since we were only in the area to visit one side of the family and we had the other side to visit. After they searched the back they were able to piecemeal out missing items but we were missing a set of 12-count dipped fruit box (aka chocolate dipped strawberries). They only offered to reimburse $30. If you look at the receipt, the chocolates are either $46.99 or $39.99- not sure why the price is different depending on the bundle since its should be the exact same thing. Was also charged $8 for 'custom sleeve' for the chocolate which we did not receive since they ran out but was still charged for it. read more

I made an order here on Saturday to get picked up today on Monday. I told them I would pick it up at 5:30-6pm because I had to go when I was off work. I gave them a call back a minute after I missed their call and it said they were closed. I went there after work and there was someone inside the store but as soon as I started to knock, they hid. I just wanted my order that was right there in the display case, the order I paid $100 bucks for. Thousand Oaks-Janss Mall, is the closest one to my house, and that's where I went. The girl who works at that store, aside from making me wait and being put out, told me to, "not to hold my breath." Sadly, I did. I called another, Camarillo... No luck. By the time I called the third, the one in Simi Valley, I felt defeated. But I needn't have worried. That store, Michael's store, told me they, not only HAVE pre-made arrangements, they were willing to create what I needed, and on the spot. HORRIBLE ! Do not waste your money here! Purchased a basket to surprise my father for his 80the birthday and the entire arrangement was inedible!!! The entire arrangement with the exception of the grapes was sour and runny. My father is diabetic and not able to eat sugar and the only way either of my parents could eat the fruit was to pour sugar on it really defeating the purpose and ruining the surprise. Store owner offered to replace, but after this disappointing experience we are not interested. When asked for a refund store owner refused (which is illegal by the way) and said he did not believe us and became irate! Credit payment has been stopped and owner's behavior will be reported to the corporate entity! Extremely unsatisfactory product and customer service !!! Worst experience and horrible customer service. I wish I has read the other reviews regarding Michael before submitting my order online. On 6/6/19 I called this establishment to discuss making a change to my order. When spelling my last name to him the second time...he hung up on me. I called back and a female answered. When I asked why the guy hung up on me, she stated that she couldn't say and that maybe the call dropped. It didn't get dropped because I heard him slam down the receiver. I began to explain that I initially called to make a change to the order because I had an unexpected event and was two hours away. However, since the jerk had unprofessionally hung up on me, I stated I wanted to completely cancel the order. She said she would have to speak to the owner. I then said it would be best that I spoke to the owner. Well low and behold, the same fellow that hung up on me comes to the line and said he hung up on me because he couldn't understand what I was saying....I call BS. He hung up because I sighed at having to repeat myself (I was driving stuck in traffic, late for my cousin's graduation, my navigation was speaking over him, and I was running out of gas). Yes, I was annoyed that he asked for my name, which I clearly stated and spelled phonetically but I was not rude. He deliberately hung up and admitted so. He said that he could not understand what I was spelling. After I stated I wanted to cancel my order due to his unprofessionalism and disrespect, he asked what I wanted him to do with the fruit, I told him to eat it. This time we ended the call with a civil goodbye. Less than one minute later, Michael calls me back and asked again what I wanted him to do with the fruit. I informed him that I did not care what he did with it. He asked if I wanted to donate it to charity and again I stated my request to cancel the order due to his behavior and that I did not care what he did with it. He then said "Well it's already paid and charged to your card". After I said I wanted a refund he went on to say "Oh now I see who you are, I see that this is your character, this is who you are.." *CLICK* I then hung up on him. I'm still stuck in traffic and needing gas, I did not have time for his nonsense. This A-hole calls me to judge me...I don't think so. I had my husband pick up the basket since Michael was not going to refund me for his A-hole attitude. He has no business running a business. This guy clearly needs education on proper business etiquette, improved customer service, and to be behind the scenes handling administrative and janitorial tasks.
